01/04/25: Tried this location again. Wasn't entirely thrilled. Sandwiches were hot, fries were BARELY luke warm. I ordered a Caramel Frosty, (via the new self serve kiosk) and was told afterwards they only had vanilla and chocolate - so a waste of $2.79. Also if I knew ahead of time that the 99 cent Frosty was $2.79, I wouldn't have ordered it!!!!!! Talk about a price gouge!
On top of that, they redid the lobby with all hard back and hard seat seating. They got rid of all the comfy booths. The ONLY good thing about the lobby is the new multi-function soda machine (self serve). It has quite a few new drinks and one that you can combine as well. Oh well, from now on, I will take my food to go (after ordering in the lobby), no expensive Frosty, and I will check the temp of everything before I leave. I'll eat in my vehicle or take it home. (And don't get me started on the fact that two of their Combo Meals are now $30.00!!!!!! {for both} 😡🤬 )
8/19/24: Since I had pleased with the Garlic Parm Nuggets before, I decided to order the 20 piece tonight. I was mildly disappointed. There was supposed to be FOUR sauces in the bag, only gave me THREE. Only gave me ONE napkin for such a messy meal. They separated it into two-10 piece containers, and when I went to reach for the second container, they DID NOT have the lid on securely and the garlic parm sauce went all over the bag and what sauces I hadn't opened yet. I would think a fast-food worker would check all lids before bagging them and/or passing them out. Guess not here. If and when I come back to this particular Wendy's, I will check everything (no matter what I order) before I leave the drive-thru window. 🤨

Read moreToday at approximately 1700 EST, an online order was placed with wendys located on new loudon rd in latham, ny. The order was incorrect and parts of the order were never delivered. Upon reaching out to the store, i was treated with complete and utter disrespect, basically told i was a liar and then hung up on by the male that answered the phone which was at approximately 1753 pm today 8/6/22. I know for sure this is NOT how customers are to be treated and all i wanted was the products that i was missing. I was charged over $40 and received 3 small frosties, a $5 biggie bag and a summer strawberry salad. There was still an Entire #1 meal with a strawberry lemonade missing as well as 2 side orders of fries which were ordered SPECIFICALLY for the frosties! The items were left at my door via my specific order over VIDEO CAMERA and immediately retrieved which is ALSO on camera so theres no way for them to make any excuses. The ignorance shown by this ChildMan was remarkable. The service efforts shown by wendys in this transaction would prove that they do not care about the customer. All the nonsense going on in this world and you can't even get the courtesy of folks you buy product from to treat you respectfully. Terrible job wendys. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau, wendys customer service again since this isnt business hours and filing complaints.when i called back after the apparent childman hung up on me, the female that answered said "she's the manager on duty" and i can call back to speak to "erica" who is apparently a higher manager than she. Read moreThe food was good, however I have another reason for the low score. I order online, as I typically do. When I went in to pick up I was advised to wait so they could make it, normal. The gentleman who was "to make it" was nice and explained he had to use the restroom to his associate. He asked someone to back him up and explained why. The woman advised him "that wasn't her job" and "she didn't know how to do that". Meanwhile he had stepped away and she did start making the meal. While I understand the systems are different for online ordering I was okay with the delay.
Where my bad review comes in was when the poor gentleman was STILL in the bathroom someone opened the employee only door and yelled at him to come back from the bathroom! The gentleman advised when he came back he had mentioned he had to go. He was then told "it was the wrong time to go because they were busy". Excuse me? I am not sure about others but I don't think you can 100% dictate when you have to go to the bathroom. I also understand it was lunch time but really? He was upset and was not happy this was told to him from what I can tell.
Whoever told him that has completely turned me off to this Wendy's. I do not even care if it is 2 minutes from my office, I will now go out of my way to NOT patron this particular one.
