JD's Brew Pub — Restaurant in Town of Concord

I had the battered fish fry which was delicious. The fries were delicious Mex sell. It was delicious. Coleslaw was nasty. All you tasted was vinegar. My cousin had tater tots and fries gravy and their cheese. He didn't like the cheese but I love the cheese. It was delicious when we were ready to go I asked for so I can take it home. They gave me the stuff, put it in there. Then I asked for a bag. We have no bags. She says right there is a downfall. I had to go to the car and go get me a bag just to bring my stuff home. That's ridiculous. They should have base for people they atmosphere. I don't know it's a restaurant for that one. JD, it was okay. It's a bar and a restaurant so I could just say it's okay. The parking was good for me for handicap. Nice person that seats you and the waitress. I had to go get her just to get something to drink or I had to get her for a so I can put our food in our stuff. They don't come to you right away or check on you too often. That's another downfall for me. It was very loud inside everybody was talking. It was probably because of the bar over there on the side but it was too loud for me. You couldn't even hear the music. So why do you have music if you can't hear it inside was very clean. Tables and chairs were clean and yes I would go back in there for a fish fry because it is really cheap. It is only 14.99 and...

By far the worst food and service I've ever experienced! The waitress doesn't know the first thing about being a server and is extremely under trained and under educated on the menu. Our food took over an hour to arrive and most of it was cold and 3 orders were completely forgotten about and the waitress disappred and she reappears and at that point weve been waiting for and hour and a half+ so i said forget it and asked for the bill so when the bill came I was charged for extra drinks I didn't order as well as 2 menu items I never received! I asked to speak to owner and he came to speak to me away from other customers as to not embarrass them in their place of business but let me tell you the manager is ever more rude and uneducated than the staff! He told me I was unaware of how busy he and his staff was and that there's nothing he can do for me then when I tell him about how my parents owned a restaurant for 10 years and I got a degree in baking and pastry and front of the house management and this is the worst service I've ever experienced on a very slow night he proceeded to laugh and tell me I didn't know what I was talking about and he was swamped( there were maybe 12 tables and a few bar patrons in there and 9 of them were already there and had food when we arrived! My husband and I stopped here on our drive back from our honeymoon in Buffalo. A local suggested we stop at JD's for our dinner.

The experience could not have been more amazing. My husband has migraines, so first we were seated outside. We enjoyed our little private area until the sky opened up, pouring down rain. We moved inside when we could.

The wait staff were tremendously accommodating towards finding a lower lit area for my husband's comfort. They were also very attentive to my unfortunately long list of allergies.

The food was absolutely delicious. We both remarked several times that we wished we lived in regular distance of JD's, just for the fries alone. It was good enough that we ordered second meals to go, to have our next day on the road. Both held up quite well.
