McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Crawford

I feel really bad about giving a negative review, but this place is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, but it's unfortunate to know that's not the case. They always give you cold food or you have to wait. So I tried to order on my phone, but unfortunately, my order was canceled. I was ordering some breakfast food and I felt upset because I still had time to place my order. I went to the restaurant to complain. I also had to wait a little longer because there was no one in charge. I asked for the manager to be called, and she did arrive, but I also had to wait a little longer. Apparently, no one in that place has time for customer service. And it's a shame to say this, but it's unfortunate because a manager's presentation has to set an example for others. Her clothes were very wrinkled, and I think that's why there's no order at that McDonald's. In the end nothing was resolved, they are just going to give me...

This place should be ashamed. Every time we have gone here, there is an issue with our order. Today, we went and placed an order inside at the kiosk. We were left to wait at counter for 15 min and never once acknowledged. The supervisor just threw our bag up on the counter and walked away. Upon checking the bags noted two items missing. Waited another 5 min for her to come back to the counter to notify her. She obtained the items and again just threw them on the counter, without apologies, and walked off. Nothing stocked in the dining area. Could not even obtain a straw and definitely wasn't waiting again for an excessive time. I don't expect 5 star dining but for what is charged for fast food, I do expect accuracy and to receive what I pay for. Basic customer service isn't even afforded here. Management...

I live in town and come here when I have to. Food is meh, service is meh, and it's just overall such a sad experience. I know it's fast food and a McDonald's, but for as much as they charge it should be at the very minimum decent. This location just sucks. I got a double cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato and in the picture you can see what I got. Plus, I said no pickle and got pickle. The lettuce is wilted, probably about 3 leafy greens and the tomatoes look like they were cut and put on the burger 2 weeks ago. Just overall a terrible experience. Doesn't matter what time you show up here, it's always the same quality. Avoid this place unless you honestly have to get food. And even then, DO NOT have your hopes high. One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, and again, unfortunately, it's in my town...
