There is no way to contact corporate office for leaving a complaint, no way to make a complaint to anyone at all at corporate, so I will leave it here.This is an update on 10/11/22. Went to the meat department, the meat shelves were pretty bare and only had one package of the meat I was wanting to purchase but it was poorly cut so I went to the meat department doors but nobody was in the room. I asked the deli associate to page someone from the meat department to assist me which he did. I waited 30 minutes and nobody came. The deli associate told me that 2 people are working in the meat department but they take their breaks and lunch at the same time. I went to the service desk and spoke to a manager. She went to the back with me and told me they had no more meat cut that I wanted. She paged the meat department associates but after no one showed up, after ten minutes I told her forget it and left. In my opinion BJ'S customer service at Chevy Drive in East Syracuse absolutely not customer focused. I hope they go broke and that store gets shut down for good. Went there the Sunday after Thanksgiving, There were only 2 registers open, and 4 self service lanes. The lines were backed up well into the aisles yet they only kept 2 registers open. I waited longer in line than making my trip through the store getting my items. seems to me they only want people to cash out themselves so that they can cut back on associates, they don't give you a discount for doing it yourself. In my opinion it is way for them to put profits over members convenience. I will be going to Camillus from now on to shop at the other warehouse store that begins with C, they have 2 people per register and I fly through no matter how busy they are because they have many registers open, the staff is far friendlier there and care about your experience. ...

Went in the next morning around 10ish which is the time I selected on the app. I met with the manager Jackie who seemed to have no clue what was going on. She had told me the tv's were sold out which she was being very dishonest seeing the two TV's were on a cart in the corner waiting for me. Jackie took the packing slip from the in store pickup employee, walked back to the customer service desk computer and cancelled my order. Not only did she lie about the inventory to my face, it's been 5 days now and the charge is still on credit card. This entire situation was unbelievable! I've had a membership for a couple few years and to be told I couldn't have two items I paid for was baffling to me. People are so power hungry today and it's very frustrating as I fulfilled my end of the bargain but did not receive the items I paid for. The original purchase date was from the 23rd and as you can see from the picture blow as of today the 28th the pending charge is still there. Bj's basically said direct to my face, "we don't want your business". Terrible customer experience all the way around! 0 stars if I could!!
Also, their line for gas is the worst I've ever seen as it causes major congestion to Bridge street just so people can save a dollar. This is a poorly managed...

I donāt have a BJs card just have the app where I purchased my membership and I asked if I could get a card. I was told that they are not doing cards tonight. I also needed help figuring out how to clip coupons and the guy that was helping me seemed annoyed. I figured maybe the night shift just didnāt want to do it, . no big deal Iāll have to stop back another time to get a card and Iāll figure out the coupons. I stopped next door to get gas after shopping and my membership wonāt scan from the app at the pump. I talk to the guy servicing the pumps and heās telling me to use my card. I replied I didnāt have a card and he then tells me āmy app will scanā through a window where I could hardly hear him. and Iām telling him itās not working.. he comes out of the little office annoyed and says āyea it will work, do it againā and goes back inside. Any normal human would have just showed me a better way to do it or something but no. No wonder why robots are gonna take over the world because that was the worst customer service I have ever had at any store. I feel bad for older people who donāt know how to even use apps and such cuz they are...
