Waited an extended time at the speaker in drive through (only one car ahead of us). I ordered a medium hot chocolate (no problems there) then asked for a medium blueberry decaf coffee with cream and sugar. The young woman over the speaker said “Sigh… a blueberry WHAT? What am I making that’s blueberry? A coffee? A latte? Hot? Iced? Tell me what I’m supposed to make.” I laughed and repeated a blueberry decaf coffee and added that I’d like it hot this time (my bad). She then said “So no cream or sugar or anything?” I let her know that I would like cream and sugar please. She said “k” and I pulled around. Paid, grabbed our drinks, pulled out of the parking lot, and my “hot” coffee was not even like warm.

And then going and getting their hash browns with her whole hand where are the germs are at. She was cross-contaminating everybody food. As silly as this sounds, I have done multiple app orders. Like at least 30 or more a week.. This is the only one who the whole order doesn't print on their sticker for the cup. When I mentioned it to the girl in drive-through she proceeded to get snotty and say next time just put that in the app as she walked away with her hand folded like that typical white girl.
