A group of us went here for brunch. We had ordered two bottomless mimosas. When they came to us, they barely had any champagne in them...very much just OJ. Each jug was $20...for oj. Then the server came over to take our orders, but my friend wanted the special, which no one told us it was already gone the few times she came to our table. So we asked for a few more minutes to figure out food. She never came back! Literally sat there for 30 minutes, on top of being there already for almost 30 minutes. We saw our waitress many times on her cell phone. Finally my husband went up to her and told her we were ready to order. She came back five minutes later, just to bring us our check, which only had our mimosas on it. She then proceeds to say, oh I forgot to even take your order. My husband pulled out our card and said, yeah we will just go somewhere else. Which we did...I could understand being short staffed, but we saw her on her cell phone multiple times for a few minutes at a time. They gave us 4 free drink tokens but we will not be back. We ended up going to Lucky hare for brunch and it was such a better experience then Landons unfortunately. And we were super looking forward to Landons brunch. :( overall, just not a good...
Read moreI want to start off by saying that your establishment is one of our favorite spots in town. However, we have stopped in twice this weekend for food and drinks and have been told no for food both times. The other night we had called to see when your kitchen closed and was told 11pm. Upon arriving 10 minutes after that phone call, we were then told the kitchen had closed. Once again tonight at 7:30pm tonight we walked in with a group and was told no more food due to a staff issue with cooks even though food was still coming out of the kitchen. Now I understand the staffing issues/shortages that are going on due to the fact we own an establishment of the same nature, but when your girls are telling customers that you haven’t received any applications for cooks in two months how do you not see that this is an issue for not only your establishment but for your employees as well. After a half of a beer we all got up to leave. Maybe do a limited menu fryer food only for a short period of time. Hopefully the kinks...
Read moreWatch out for Sarah Engler, shes probably the most nasty person i have ever met, with anyone else the bar is good but with her its such a bad experience, i was getting drinks with a friend and it was quite busy which i can understand as im in the service industry, but the way she treated me was unacceptable, when i asked for just 4 shots she interrupted me to ask me to speak faster even though i was legit speaking in a very normal pace and then proceeded to not make those shots out of spite and continued to do prep work and serve other people drinks, it was truly a sad experience as when i complained about it she pretended like she owned the bar even though she 100% does not and told me i was banned simply for not liking her service, please try to ask for Kate who is a lovely bartender and you will have a good time, but with Sarah E. You WILL have a shotty experience as she is just not accustomed to dealing...
