Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of East Fishkill

I ordered an iced drink and asked for extra milk after I got it. I was told no because since I asked for less ice they will automatically not fill my cup. Ok, no worries. I asked to pay for extra milk and was given attitude that I could not get it because it is in a machine. I asked for any type of milk they had on hand and was told they don’t sell the milk. After back and forth I finally was given a little cup of milk. I get that a drink may not be full if less ice, but to argue back and forth when I was willing to pay extra is kind of ridiculous. I’m not looking for free things, but trying to get a drink the way I prefer...

UPDATE: Much improved Watered down coffee has been corrected. Original rating was one star; it is now four stars. Between July 2015 and October 2015, the coffee served has been unsatisfactory. The flavor of plain black coffee with no sugar and no milk or other additive has been weak. My complaint in 2015 was that the coffee is not up to the standards of normal Duncan Donuts. The location was not busy.

In the 4th quarter of 2017, I revisited the same Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee is now up to standards; there have been many people in the restaurant...

Just stopped by this store for a quick coffee and the store was a train wreck. The girl seemed very flustered and kept talking to someone for over 3 minutes when there was a line of people. The guy seemed new and had no idea what he was doing and together it seemed like both of them were struggling. I come to this store regularly and I have never seen such level of customer service. Dunkin customer service in general has been terrible at all stores across our town and I am not surprised all the people that used to work here are not longer...
