Francos Italian Deli — Restaurant in Town of East Fishkill

Be advised to really look at your receipt before you leave this deli. This was my second trip to this deli in a week. First visit I bought a 1.5 pounds of rope sausage at 7.99 a lb. Went back to the deli and bought another 1.5 lbs of rope sausage and 5 pieces of fried eggplant and a small container on the counter by register for 3.75 and used by debit card as payment. The woman behind the counter stated the total cost was 26 dollars. I arrive home shortly afterwards to find she charged my debit 36 dollars and change.

I went back to Franco's deli to question the over charge with the very same woman and states sausage is 8.99 lb. and fried eggplant was 12.99 lb. Simple math tells that that what I bought the day before was a overcharge and both owner and his wife states prices are going UP

Beware of these owners as they some real SHANTY Italians ripping off customers for their own self profit

This has now become the norm in this day in time.

BOYCOTT this business FRANCO'S Deli Hopewell...

I asked Johnny for Italian nougat candy and his supplier couldn’t get it. Sooooo he and his brother got up the very next morning and drove to the Bronx by 6:30 in the morning! He was back in Hopewell by 9 am and called me that he got it for me! I was more than over the top impressed ! What an incredible act of kindness! These are just plain good people that also , by the way, have an outrageous Italian deli stocked with such great food! Go there and give them business. We did a relatively small catering order for my son’s birthday party. We ordered a 3-Foot American hero and a 3-Foot grilled chicken, roasted red peppers, fresh mozzarella hero, as well as a half tray of the eggplant rollatini and orecchiette with sausage and broccoli rabe. Everything was fantastic. Honestly the eggplant was some of the best I’ve had and their sauce is very well done. Thank you all for your hospitality and great food. Everyone was very complimentary of the food and it made for some great leftovers. Franco’s will certainly be on our list...
