Double Dragon — Restaurant in Town of East Greenbush

Would not eat food due to lack of care and sanitary conditions. I was a employee of double dragon and witnessed plenty to say the food is not safe. While working if any food dropped on the floor they would pick it up while customers weren't looking and add it back to the rest of the food ready to be served , they also would deal with prepared food with there bare hands even after touching raw meats and would not wash them. Mold and mildew can be found through out the food storage and on some of the foods also containers of food would be set down on the floor separated by newspaper only. Also if you ever wondered why some food taste fresh one day and the next stale and old? Well you probably had been given old food. If a customer didn't pick a order up they would reuse the foods such as shrimp toast and put it in the deep fryers to reheat it even if it's been out for hours. They also treat there employees very poor as they see non Chinese American people inferior and would constantly insult me and my other ex coworkers. If you think about leaving a tip for the nice ladies up front, think again as they have a tip jar but do not give the tips to any of the employees and wouldn't pay employees a consistent hourly rate and would change along with the mood...

Didnt really know to much about that area but I'm into trying new things. I got to the counter and requested spare rib tibs, you have to specifie or else they wont no. I asked the person taking my order she definitely seemed pretty clueless. I was walking away then the cook told her they have it. So I place my order, there is a way I like to eat them. No sauce please. So the lady proceeds to tell me they would be dry. Its my order I shoud be able to eat it how I like it. I'm paying. So I decided what the heck a little sauce wont hurt.Added an additional pork fried rice and egg roll Didnt understand why it wasnt just a combo. But im like ok whatever I love chinese food I will get it which ever way they serve it. Anywho I got my food. Checked everything before I left as I aways do with any food orders. Got home very dissapointed. Spear rib tibs were very dry and over cooked. Rice was the worst I ever tasted. Egg roll was decent Didnt think there food...

CASH ONLY! I didn't notice this advertised anywhere, as they don't have a website I could easily find, so I ended up having to spend an extra $3 at an ATM nearby. Well, I figured, hopefully the food is worth it!

We ordered two quarts of vegetable lo mein and an order of szechuan style bean curd (extra spicy).

When we got to our destination, we found that they had given us two quarts of veg fried rice, meat filled egg rolls, and meat fried rice in the container with the tofu. All of the food was bland (except, apparently, the egg rolls). I think the smallest baby could've eaten the tofu and not thought it spicy.

I generally hesitate to give poor ratings on such a scale, but this was really an all around terrible experience. I'm not sure what food other people have been eating, but honestly, did they forget to...
