DON'T GO IF YOU ARE ON ANY KIND OF TIME SCHEDULE...
While traveling my wife and I stopped by this McDonald's location to get two cups of coffee. We placed our order at the self order kiosk located in the lobby and waited for our order to be served. We paid the employee working the register as we were using cash and were given a receipt that was time stamped 0958hrs. While watching the order screen we were able to see that we were seventh in line behind six other orders. We also saw many people standing in the lobby area and overheard several say that they were also waiting and had been for some time. I also noticed that the drive through line moved steadily the whole time we waited. While waiting my wife used the restroom and related to me that it was quite dirty with pieces of toilet paper on the floor and hair in the sinks. Our order number was finally called and I asked a woman with bright pink hair who I think was the manager what time it was currently and she said "I have no idea". My wife, who is familiar with the order screens for employees told her it was in the lower left corner of the screen at which point the manager looked and said " it's 1012". I expressed my displeasure by saying it was unacceptable that it would take almost 15 minutes to get two cups of black coffee at which point the pink haired manager blamed the young man we paid for not following procedure and getting our coffee. At no point did we see anyone get any orders aside from one girl who filled them in the order on the screen. I am aware that the current school of thought is to move the drive through orders at the expense of the lobby orders and I would gladly subscribe to that thinking normally but as we were pulling our travel trailer we can't use the drive through. It would only take a couple of seconds to triage those orders and be able to clear some of the more simple ones like two cups of coffee and save at least my...
Read moreThe woman who answered the drive thru first made me sit and wait a few minutes before asking my order, had a terrible ghetto attitude, acted like I was bothering her by being there, argued with me that I placed my order at the wrong store, and then refused to go check if my order was accidentally placed as carry out. She literally screamed at me and argued with me. A guy then said he had my order and to pull me around in the back ground she said "whatever, 2nd window". When I got to the window there was a scared sad looking new girl that kept apologizing for the other lady and said she had nothing to do with the rude lady on the drive-thru and she'd only been working there for 3 weeks and other people had issues with the other lady too and she's sorry I was treated that way there. I've never in my life had such a terrible experience as with the woman who was running the drive thru speaker. She has no business in customer service! I'm livid I was treated so badly by their employees and livid the new girl felt so bad and seemed terrified. I'm also livid the guy who looked like a manager had nothing to say about it to me and had the poor new girl deal with it. Unprofessional on every level. This is the worst McDonald's in the entire Chautauqua county. This place is always filthy, the health department has shut them down before in the passed, the food is always cold, the orders are rarely right, and you get rude staff on weekend nights running the...
Read moreThey have a high turnover of employees I don't have a whole lot of expectations here, however recently I've noticed that I'm getting a lot of burnt or bad food from the store during the weekends or late night hours. Recently I purchased a pie and was informed after I went in and told him that I wasn't sure how the pie ended up in the box it was badly burnt. He informed me that this was acceptable and that they were allowed to sell it this way. I have no name to provide his manager with because he was not wearing a name tag. I just know it was a big guy there working at about 7:30 8:00am 4/20. it was so burnt you couldn't give it to a child, if you broke the burnt parts off there would have been nothing left to the pie. I informed him that I was finally saying something and speaking up because this is the 4 time in the last 2months that I bought a pie that was so burned it wasn't edible. I was expecting a replacement and an apology. But instead I got a attitude that he was allowed to sell them like this. So now I feel like it needs to be brought to people's attention. Go somewhere else Go out to Fairmont go to funn avenue or go to Burger King you'll probably get better service in a...
