Second time going to the Rachel Hatchet. First time at the new location! What a step up! The flat bread is absolutely delicious and the homemade hot honey tops it off! Love throwing hatchets that’s a given but having polite professional coaches makes it so much better. They’re always willing to take pictures and give you tips on perfecting your throw. I also ordered a drink that I wasn’t prepared for aka I wasn’t fond of the taste and the owner was super kind and whipped me up a new drink that hit the spot. No complaints and super polite. Our group of 4 stopped here for a round of drinks and a half hour of axe throwing. It was fun, the drinks were good, and the staff was friendly, but make sure you do what they say and arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your reservation as they stick to the schedule with little flexibility., unfortunately we got there right at our scheduled time, and after signing in and a stop to the bar to get our round of drinks, 15 minutes had passed.
