Just had to edit my 5 star review I gave this place to a 1 solely for today's visit alone. I spent a half hour waiting inside for my meal. When I arrived the drive thru was completely empty and when we entered the building there was one family finishing up their meal. My girlfriend and I both did a kiosk order and she got her order at a normal wait time. I am a very patient person and am not someone who enjoys conflict. I decided to wait at the front register for someone to help me but after 20 minutes of waiting I had to speak up for myself and ask someone working drive thru about my order and showed my receipt. A supervisor/manager was training someone during this time at the booths and did absolutely nothing to assist with this line forming of customers. After finally getting my order addressed it turned out my order was given to someone else on accident and the gentleman in the drive thru who received it had to come in and get it fixed. I witnessed about five other people have to wait with me to either order or receive their kiosk or mobile order, it genuinely felt like nobody was assigned the front end. "Do you wanna just go to KFC?" Is what I hear from the people in line with me. What upset me the most is my girlfriend's food had already gone cold by the time I even got my order resubmitted. The kind lady who heard me out did a fantastic job fixing my order and was very nice about the whole thing. Unfortunately I forgot to also ask about my drink because of me just wanting to go home at that point but I got everything else I ordered. The nice lady even threw in some cinnamon twists which is a nice gesture but I don't even like them. I advise anyone on a short lunch break to NOT eat here until they fix their end. I understand things happen in fast food and people are doing their best but man my day and my girlfriend's day...
Read moreI’m very disappointed with the service, the management, and the overall lack of understanding at this location. As a parent of a large family with children who have food allergies and disabilities, we spend over $70 each visit and expect basic care and professionalism.
After a family emergency, I placed our usual order—four identical meals—and clearly informed staff that my kids have a chicken allergy. I verified the order before leaving, but when we got home (a 20-minute drive), we discovered one of the meals was contaminated with chicken. This was a serious food safety violation, and I had to throw out the meal and buy my family another dinner that night.
We called the store right away and were told to speak with the general manager the next morning. When we did, the employee was rude, refused to give his name or the manager’s name, and hung up on us. After repeated calls with no answer, we finally reached someone who said we would be added to a log and that our meals would be replaced. We were also informed there was no acting general manager because the general manager was out on paternity leave. We again was denied manager names were crequest. When I returned to the restaurant, I was given conflicting information about the situation. The manager on duty gave a different explanation and excused the earlier rude behavior by saying it was a busy morning, implying other customers were more important. I had to wait over 20 minutes just to get a corporate phone number.
This entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Food allergies are a serious matter and should be treated with care. We will not be returning unless there is a clear resolution and real change in how this location handles food safety and...
Read moreI wish you could do 0 stars. This place is freaking ridiculous. I ordered online tonight 9/23, I went through the drive through as there were only 2 cars. I waited over 25 minutes just for 2 cars to get their food. As I pulled up to the window I waited another 15 minutes just for them to hand me my food which ended up being completely wrong. Now I completely understand they may be short staffed but this was a bit ridiculous. So I went inside to get the right order and there were 3 other people in the dining room who were waiting 45 minutes for their food!!!!! Of course they were not happy and demanded a refund which they did not give to them. Both couples walked out without their food or their money back. I went up to the counter with the wrong bag trying to keep my calm because I could see how stressed they were. I showed them my correct order and ask if I could keep the wrong bag since I have been waiting a long time but they refused. I ended up waiting another 25 minutes in the restaurant for my food. They did not offer ANYTHING to me for the inconvenience. No refund, no extra meal, not even an apology. Not to mention the food was still NOT RIGHT when I got home. Worst experience with this restaurant and I will NEVER go back
