KFC — Restaurant in Town of Farmington

WENT IN TO ORDER BECAUSE I HAD NOT BEEN IN SINCE REMODEL AND WAS CURIOUS. I NOTE 4 CARS AT DRIVE THRU. I WAITED.....AND WAITED. 4 STAFF LOOKED AT ME WAITING, FINALLY ONE GUY SAID HE WOULD BE WITH ME IN A MINUTE. I CONTINUED TO WAIT TO ORDER. AS I WAITED ANOTHER WOMAN WALKED UP TO COMPLAIN ABOUT HER MEAL, THEY FIXED HER A NEW ONE. I WAITED. THEN THE GUY WHO SAID HE WOULD GET TO ME TOOK AN ORDER OUT TO A VEHICLE OUTSIDE. WHEN HE CAME BACK IN I THOUGHT, OK NOW ME. NOPE, WAITED 10 MINUTES. WALED IN AT 6:25PM. I WALKED UP TO COUNTER AND LOOKED AT MANAGER WHO HELPED OTHER WOMAN AND SAID I GUESS I AM NOT GETTING WAITED ON, SHE SAID YES IN A MINUTE. I SAID THAT IS WHAT THE PETIT BOY WITH THE LIGHT BROWN PONY TAIL SAID 5 MINUTES AGO. THE BOY REPLIED I REALLY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR ORDER AS I WAS HEADED TO DOOR. I DID AN ABOUT FACE AND WENT BACK TO COUNTER AND RECOGNIZED THE HEAVY YOUNG GIRL WITH BLONDE HAIR AS THE MANAGER. SHE SAID "WELL, THERE ARE 3 MANAGERS HERE TONIGHT. THEY THEN SAID THE DRIVE THRU WAS VERY BUSY. I SAID I KNOW I WATCH ALL 4 VEHICLES THAT WERE THERE WHEN I WALKED GO AND 3 MORE SINCE I WAITED. SHE OBVIOUSLY DID NOT CARE EITHER. AS I LEFT I HEARD HER DROP AN F-BOMB TO THE EFFECT OF SHE DIDNT CARE ABOUT MY COMPLAINT. YOU CAN REMODEL THE BUILDING BUT THE SERVICE IS THE SAME OLG GARBAGE. NEVER AGAIN. My kids loved the food and commented a few times. They forgot to add one meal, no big deal, we dined inside so that was easily resolved. In the atmosphere department, I ranked lower because they were out of so many supplies - we had to ask for straws, utensils, lids, ketchup. There were at least three employees working so the fact that they were not stocked sufficiently was odd. The worst issue, however, was the non-working AC. Now, I get it, these things happen but where was the sign alerting customers? It was hot in there. In addition, two regional managers (my guess because I spoke with the manager) were sitting shooting the breeze. I would think they would have assisted by making a sign and making sure - in whatever way possible - that customers were being taken care of. I don't know. Last and not a source of the rating, there were little kids alone on a phone in that hot room. I was raised by a single parent so I get that as well. Just wish those kids had adequate...

Been to this one plenty of times since its near work. First time i got a 3piece chicken tenders box, and they gave me two and a half- the third was literally torn in half with one half missing. Second time, the gravy on my potatoes was lukewarm and had a gross jelly-like consistency while the potatoes were molten hot, third time they didn't have any buns for the doublicious (how do you run out of buns?) and they skimped out on the chicken bites cup my boyfriend got- the cup was only 1/3 full, literally with only 3 bites. my macaroni was also a little cold, and was overall unpleasant. fourth, gravy was gross again and they charged me for cookies i ordered and didn't give them to me. overall the food here is eh and nothing compared to how great most kfc food is, and the service is fairly poor. i'm sadly going to stick to the mcdonalds nearby instead, because they're at least reliable...
