Smoothie King — Restaurant in Town of Fishkill

I go to this location every single day. They are great people. And always have great customer service. Today I order my usual but they accidentally put bananas in it (and I hate bananas) so I went inside and they remade it for me. I asked them if I should throw out the other shake she said yes. My special self accidentally threw away the shake they just remade me, instead of the one with bananas in it. Luckily that was the only thing in that garbage, it was just changed. But the woman(worker) insisted on making me ANOTHER shake. I said I truly appreciate that but it’s unnecessary it’s a perfectly good shake I don’t wanna waste another. Moral of the story is, The customer service I receive there is impeccable. Highly recommend...

I stopped by your Smoothie King today not more than 15 minutes I drove up to the drive-thru A very heavy set woman that works for you was standing there on Her phone in the drive through How to wait till she moves back in the building to get off her phone I noticed that you have different staff I used to make it a point to go to that particular Smoothie King and friendly staff not so much any More Look like she threw my Bowl together In a hurry Not so much fruit on anymore I don't think it's worth $12 13 with taxes A younger Spanish woman handed me my fruit ball Hand it me my Purchase Never said alone never said thank you only asked me if I already paid horrible I don't think...

I go on my lunch everyday for our whole dealership. Today, they were very rude in helping me get the drinks correct. I don’t need the same thing repeated to me 3 times. I would in a corporate/customer service setting and was completely taken back by the entire order process. Then, to top it off today I asked the specificity for no strawberries in my drink for a allergy reason. I take a few sips knowing it tastes off… the Greek yogurt was bad and they had put strawberries in my drink causing an allergic reaction while driving back to work. Not sure if I will be back. - wappingers location is on point and very polite all the time.
