I decided to stop for lunch at this location on my break yesterday as I had forgotten my own at home. It was 10:57 am exactly when I walked in and waited for the changeover because I had every intention of ordering a freshly cooked fish sandwich, after a minor bump I realized I’d have to change my order (they were not on the menu for the foreseeable future). I decided to order a double cheeseburger and a Diet Coke and use my “rewards” for a free medium fry. I ordered through the app and couldn’t seem to get the free medium fry to go through. So, I went to the counter and asked for assistance. When I tell you that an absolute DEBACLE ensued… The ineptness, incompetence, the aggression, the nastiness that I was confronted with was ridiculous. I have every intention of reaching out to the store manager, the regional manager and contacting the management company as well. The primary concern was the viciousness of an employee who bullied her coworker AND her manager and tried to do the same to me. While I’m asking her if I had done something wrong while trying to use the app, I was repeatedly told I needed to spend two more dollars even though I’d already spent the requisite amount. She finally accused me of trying to get free food. To said employee: May I remind you that I was entitled to the free fries through the app and I had met the conditions. As I said to you yesterday: I could have asked for a refund, reordered and then asked you to show me how to use the app to get the fries that I trade my privacy and information for. I simply said fine next time, but your belligerent nastiness had to try to intimidate and basically threaten me. You’re a horrible employee and I feel bad for your manager, Tiffany. She was clearly terrified of you. And under no circumstance should anyone come in contact with a worker who gives the impression that she’d like to go viral on worldstar for assaulting a customer. You’re a disgrace of an employee. Hopefully you’re a better person in real life but somehow, watching you interact with your manager and coworker, I highly doubt it. That's not even the worse part, the girl in the drive thru needs to go through professional development, or just straight up fired. She is extremely unprofessional with her attitude and shortness with customers. I thought some of these other reviews were a little extreme, but they are 100% spot on and SOMETHING needs to be done. My wife went to this location a couple weeks ago through the drive thru and they forgot her fries. She went in to get her fries and got an attitude from one of the workers and the manager was right there ignoring the situation. Management eventually gave me wife some attitude as well, OVER FRIES. When she told me I got extremely upset (nice way to put it) and tried calling the location. The phone wasn't working, no surprise there! Google says you are, but every time I go there early morning like 5-6am there are employees inside but they never take my order. Always something is wrong like "systems are down". And I get that, I used to work at fast food restaurants so I understand sometimes the ordering systems don't work properly but it's like every time I go there in the morning it's down and they can't take orders. I work early so I want to get breakfast and this is the only place near my house or on the way to work that's open except for gas stations.
