Manhattan Bistro & Bagel — Restaurant in Town of Glenville

I've tried this place a few times before,and the food is good,but I can not believe how rude and unprofessional the staff is. I made an online order and was called by some woman from the restaurant who did not introduce herself and she had such a nasty attitude. She was calling to tell me that some of the stuff I ordered was out of stock, which I'm not mad about,it happens, but she treated me as if I had done something wrong. How DARE I place an order and inconvenience her. She offered no apology or attempt for a solution,and when I asked her to cancel my order she just barks "YOU HAVE TO DO IT ONLINE". At this point i'm tired of being snapped at so I hang up to try to figure out how to cancel my order and I'm called back a minute later by a different woman who says "Sorry, she's just a B*TCH" and then tried to offer me a store credit instead of my money back,to which I refuse, and I'm told I can't cancel my order online,I have to wait for the owner to handle it. DAYS later I get a refund,with no apology or anything. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, it's not worth being...

I frequently go so im not sure why i had this experience and i go when its 10 times more busy !! I oredered 2 sandwiches 1 toasted and 1 with cheese. I get my food go to my car something tells me to check it bc the employees and managers all look like they in a rush or just want to go home i guess it was closr to closing time!! 1 neithet is toasted u can feel there cold 2 no cheese 3 the bacon is cold… Like who serves charred cold bacon strips never ever was i done like that there shows at that time they all were more concered with getting us out to close aint no way in hell u mess up that much and serve cold bacon like come on lets be serious here!! I got Manhattan bagels today and I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and my partner got an egg breakfast sandwich. My bagel didn't have any everything bagel seasoning on it, and it looked mostly like sesame seeds. The bagel tasted like a cheap bagel you would get at a grocery store. The cream cheese didn't taste quite right, I will say they are very generous with the amount of cream cheese put on the bagel. I didn't want to make this post but it wasn't just the taste of my meal that was an issue since eating my bagel my stomach has been messed up all day and I am not the only one my partner is having the same issue even though we got different meals.
