New Street Lounge — Restaurant in Town of Goshen

I’ve lived in Goshen for over 30 years, and I’ve never had a worse experience at a bar. The bartenders were incredibly rude and seemed more interested in chatting with two guys at the end of the bar than actually doing their jobs. They disappeared multiple times to smoke outside and then went to the bathroom repeatedly, which honestly seemed suspicious. On top of that, the security was just as bad. Instead of keeping an eye on things, they were either playing pool, smoking outside, or just chatting. In this place I felt xenophobia. They have a console to play music, our song was played for 5 seconds and the bartender changed it. She justified her attitude saying that her 3 customers did not like the song... but we are not customers? We were a group of 4 people who bought a drink, paid to play Pool and even paid for the song that was changed at the decision of the lady at the bar. When we left and told her it was unfair, she was rude and told us not to come back. Completely disgusting and disrespectful service. the lady at the bar was such a bad and rude bartender.
