Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Town of Goshen

I’ve given this location quite a few chances, but it’s consistently disappointing. When I order through the app, the order often comes out wrong. When I order in person, it takes forever. They seem overwhelmed by online orders but don’t manage workflow well—there can be a line out the door and still only one station open for in-store ordering while the other is tied up with app orders.

I was literally the only person in line and still waited almost 20 minutes for two cold sandwiches. I love Jersey Mike’s overall, but this has to be the slowest location I’ve been to. Honestly, it’s quicker to drive to the Middletown location and get my order there.

And it’s not just me- I was there this weekend and the guy in front of me saw there were a few people in line and immediately walked out. Have a feeling people are catching onto...

Did my order online for 6:30 pick up. Was not ready. The guy apologized that he was not aware of my order. He was about to make my order but then realized the bread I wanted on all 3 sandwiches was not available. Asked If I could do white bread. My first experience at a Jersey Mikes and wanted the bread I ordered. For the prices Jersey mike charges everything should be available. Waited 15 min from the time I arrived to the time it took to get a credit. I did use a coupon and was given full credit so that was good but if this is how they operate their store be prepared to close your doors pretty quickly as the subway in the center of Florida did. Poorly organized. I will never attempt to drop $44 for fast food sandwiches again Good luck in the future. There plenty of other restaurants...

The family was looking forward having a sumptuous chicken sandwiches from this newly opened Jersey Mike in Goshen. It was very pricy for a two grande Buffalo chicken sandwiches and a bowl of salsa verde chicken. ($50+) I did an on line order and we waited to pick it up for about 20 minutes after the on line time pick up provided. We expect diced chicken pieces but got a few pieces of shredded chicken instead. The salsa verde chicken bowl for $10 did not have fresh onions as I indicated in my order, and no peppers. The portion can’t possibly fill you up. It’s an “ inflation” portion provided. The kids said subway is far better than this place. Unfortunately, we will never go back to...
