Update: 6/11/25
Literally everybody working the shift right now needs to be written up.
Absolutely unacceptable.
Came in and my orders weren't ready, not even started.
The lobby was unlocked there was not a single customer in the store, there was not a single employee in the kitchen either, and the back kitchen door was wide open and all of the employees were socializing out by one of the employees vehicles.
Took 5 minutes for somebody to even come talk to me and said that they were going to start the orders right away, orders that were supposed to already be done.
Then one of their friends came in and they proceeded to make them food first before addressing the orders.
Then they couldn't even give me the orders as they were ready they put them over by the drive-thru for some reason even though I'm inside....
What in the actual hell is going on at this store??
Someone needs to call the owner.

1/12/25 This is easily the worst location in all of the Fox valley, corporate clearly refuses to do anything about it, this location is so bad that their lobby is literally never open anymore, middle of the day and their lobby is always locked.
It's almost like you could just get rid of the lobby make the whole thing one kitchen and hire twice the staff so that you could actually keep up with the man but I mean that would require you to do your job right with the kitchen you have to begin with and you can't seem to keep any employees so much so that you've rehired employees that have been fired for bad behavior before. Smdh
11/11/24 Corporate needs to either fix this damn location or just close the damn location. It's absolutely unforgivable how terrible this location has become. Half the time they close early. The lobby is literally always locked now. Yet they still have the lights on in the lobby. And they'll take 20 minutes per person to get people through the line Even when an order is supposed to be ready. These people are legitimately just having their day off inside. Either hire competent employees, or just close the damn location already.
You have to be hemorrhaging money with how little of people actually make it through the store in a day. Absolutely embarrassing.
9/30/22 it's 10pm and I sat in line for 10 minutes without any movement what so ever.. this is completely unacceptable, it's FAST FOOD. SERIOUSLY IDK WHAT ITS GOING TO TAKE TO MAKE THIS STORE UP TO CODE AGAIN BUT IT NEEDS TO HAPPEN. This is damned rediculous, I mean seriously, lobby isn't open so you're wasting customers gas And time, because your employees have ZERO sense of urgency. Hire some decent people. No one else has these hiring issues, seriously, figure it TF out. You lost 50$ in sales today because I am not waiting more than 10 mins for 1 car to move like seriously?!!!?!
6/30/22 I spoke to the area manager yesterday and she was VERY helpful, wonderful lady. Got my order that had been messed up twice, remade as well as a refund. The company needs more like her, give her a raise. Additionally I stopped back through at 6:30 today to get that done and the boys working did a great job of addressing it. Even though they were super short staffed and had a really impatient customer that wasn't waiting more than 8 mins drive off yelling. They were doing their best. Give them a raise as well. Keep the good ones, you need them! This location, along with northland/Richmond location. SUCK. They CANNOT KEEP EMPLOYEES. And are ALWAYS under staffed. Read moreI've rarely had a good experience here, but the last two times takes the cake for worst fast food place in the Fox Valley. For starters, I showed up at 2:20pm on Saturday 8/27/16 and one of the employees was standing outside smoking. As I was approaching the drive through, she yelled "Hey, we closed!" I asked why, and she replied "If me and another girl leave, then we only have 2 people left. So yeah, we closed." This was at shortly after 2pm on a Saturday on the busiest street in the biggest city in a 10 mile radius. This was nothing compared to today, however. I stopped in at noon and waited 6 minutes to place my order. The time on my receipt showed 12:06:57 PM, I ordered a Beefy 5 layer burrito and a Beefy Fritos burrito. I didn't get my food until 12:26, nearly a 20 minute wait.
While waiting for my food, I watched as the kitchen staff struggled to keep up with orders, even having to re-make two orders which were returned for being made incorrectly. I watched people who ordered after me get food before the people who had ordered before me (one guy who ordered his food before me was still waiting for his food when I left the restaurant). Two girls who ordered shortly after me and with whom I was talking while waiting for the food almost missing their order because the cashier called the wrong names out, and one girl didn't get her entire order and had to get it fixed. Another thing that bothered me while I was waiting was that one of the employees had two friends come into the restaurant, and she handed each of them an extra large cup for free which they filled up with soda, then all 3 of them (including the employee) walked outside for a cigarette, leaving the other employees to deal with a growing line of customers. This was also the same employee who yelled "Hey, we closed" at me on Saturday. Between waiting to order and waiting for my food, I spent 27 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break just waiting for my food. But hey, at least I got some free (but stale) cinnamon twist things "for the long wait".
This store seems to suffer from poor management, unmotivated employees, and overall terrible customer service with unacceptable wait times. I won't be going back any time soon and I will be calling Taco Bell corporate to complain about...
Read morei have had poor experiences here but this time i actually lost my mind. i did online order for pickup and got there as it said the order was ready for pick up. we were not able to go inside for the order as their lobby is always for some reason closed, but we were also not able to go through the drive thru as the truck had too much extra stuff on top like a ladder rack and all that for us to fit under there so we caught an employee walking into the building and asked if they were able to just run it out real quick and he asked for the order name and went inside. NOTHING after that. we waited for like 10 minutes until we got fed up and took the time to take the ladder rack off and still nobody came out by then, we finally went through the drive thru barely fitting under their “9 foot” line which is clearly not 9 feet on the dot, maybe 8 but definitely not 9, otherwise this truck would’ve fit. but wait! we finally got our food at pickup, and very obviously all soggy. you could feel it at the bottom of the bag. how? all the tacos were placed UPSIDE DOWN into the bag! all the toppings that sit on top of the tacos were on the paper it was wrapped in. went absolutely everywhere and the food was DISGUSTING. soggiest food i’ve ever seen in my life. had we gotten help faster from the employee instead of us waiting god knows how long and still get no help or at least someone talking to us, or even if the lobby was open, i wouldn’t be writing this complaint. due to their service and speed and quality of food i will not be returning. and that says something after i’ve gone here multiple times but still came back even though my food was not as expected but not soggy where the taco shell is starting to RIPPLE and fold in half just from holding it. these were ALL crunchy tacos as well by the way. so this location will never get my business again after this. this was my last straw. how is this place...
