The food was great as always that gets 5 stars. The queso cheese dip is amazing. Our waitress could use some work. I told her I was reward member so I wanted the free chips and salsa that I get. She said "all the rewards stuff goes through this" and pointed to the kiosk. so I said "oh okay so I just login or something?". She said "yeah then you would need to take it off the ticket" so I was like okay clicked through the rewards stuff and I see the free chip & salsa and you can't print it. So when she came back I said "I tried to go in there and I could see the free chips and salsa thing (showed it to her). She said "so do you not want the chips and salsa?". I said " well I'm supposed to get free chips and salsa right?" And she said "I don't know that's the reward stuff has nothing to do with us everything goes through the kiosk." So I said "well it says right here (showing her again) I get free chips and salsa so what's the next step?" So then she finally looked at it and said "you just take that off at the end I still have to enter it, it goes on your order, and then you take it off at the end." At this point I was completely annoyed with her and I said okay well I would appreciate it if you would have just said that right from the start and she just looked at me like yeah okay so you want the chips and salsa? So she was attentive and after that durimg our meal and then once we are finished she said "your bill is on the kiosk" and walked away. So we looked at the kiosk and I could figure out how to add the coupon by myself to credit the chips & salsa and we had cash not a debit card so we couldn't figure out do how to print the bill or what do we do. So she comes and we say "what do we do if we want to pay cash?" And she says "you just leave the money on the table. And if you need to change then you would have to let me know." So I said "yep We'll need change." So she took our money, etc. She just seemed very lacking on communication skills she was younger and probably assume that we should just know how to do everything and I'm pretty computer savvy and it was still kind of a difficult process for me because I had never done it before. And I had no idea that with the rewards thing what I was supposed to do and she didn't offer to explain anything until I was annoyed. So I hope that she now knows she should explain the process a little bit better and help people through it because overall she was a...
Read moreI ordered to-go and had a horrible experience. I have never posted a review about a restaurant before, but this needs to be known. I placed my order at 7:43pm Received a text at 7:54pm saying my order was ready. I arrived and checked in at 8:03pm (was given pickup time frame of 8:02-8:07). Once checked in I was told someone would bring my food out soon. Since my order was ready I expected someone to come out within 5 min or so.. I waited about 10 minutes before going inside. I talked to the guy standing at the back desk (I assumed to be the to-go counter as I entered through the to-go door). He was playing on his phone and when I asked if my food was ready or if I was supposed to come in to grab it he rudely responded “idk I don’t work in to- go, check if your food is on the shelf.” It was and had been the whole time I was waiting. I let the man know there was another person waiting out there who had arrived before me and he just said “ok”
Being in a hurry I just headed back to work (I was on a 30minute lunch break and it was a 7 minute drive, but I ordered early enough that it would be ready when I arrived; as it was) When I got to look in the bag I realized there weren’t any chips. I assumed the order of queso came with tortilla chips, but perhaps I’m wrong. I also paid for a BOWL of soup and received a cup, which wasn’t much more than half full. I sat down and ate anyways. The soup was pretty good, but was already pretty cooled off after my 7 minute drive back to work… my sandwich looked great, but it was put together very sloppily. It looked like they put down 2 cut pieces of bread, just threw some lettuce and mayo on. Threw 2 pieces of chicken on that and then the tomatoes, avocados, and top bun. None of it lined up with the cut so it seemed it was all cut separately. I had to pick it up 1 piece at a time and line it up myself. There was also hardly any avocado on it and avocado is in the name of the sandwich so I expected at least 2 more slices. The fries were also cold. Lastly as I was eating the sandwich it looked a bit pink in the middle so I’m not even sure the chicken was fully cooked. This was the worst overall experience I’ve had with...
Read moreWe usually enjoy our time at Chili’s with no complaints, and i’m usually not one to leave a bad review. My fiancé and I wanted to go to while we were out shopping for a cheap meal, and the food did not disappoint. Our service was awful, unfortunately. Our section wasn’t super busy, and our server greeted us nicely and said he would be right with us. No worries at all at this point! We ordered all of our food and drinks at once, and slowly received our drinks and appetizers. Food came out pretty quickly! This all took a turn when no one checked in on us after we had gotten our food. We both sat with our visibly empty cups for probably close to 10-15 minutes and our server kept walking back and forth in the aisle where our table was. We felt very neglected at this point as we saw everyone around us being checked in on. I eventually got so thirsty I debated going up to the bar to ask for a refill, but ended up stopping a busser to politely ask her for a refill. Once we were pretty much finished with all of our food and just wanted to get out, we then got asked if we wanted refills. Again, not the type of person to leave bad reviews, but the service warranted one...
