It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Town of Grand Chute

Not sure why so many people are negative about this place? I thought it was WAY better than BWW. I ordered the boneless wings and they weren't drowning in sauce like other places. Dry rubs were awesome, could have been more, but it was my first time ordering so I know to ask for extra next time. Prices are decent, but being only a "to go" restaurant, you also have to add on the tip and "fees" for 3rd party delivery. Then on top of that having to deal with the horrendous Door Dash?! They don't even keep food warm in their cars nor care how long it takes to get you the food. They hire anyone with a car and very unprofessional business! Fries were soggy and cold. I think if the owner took the time to invest in a decent delivery driver and made it a priority to deliver the "freshly" fried food themselves, the reviews would be more positive. LOVE the...

This was hands down the WORST meal I have ever ordered off of Door Dash. This is apparently located inside our local Chilis in Appleton, WI. I absolutely love Chili's food. I have never had a bad meal there, it is one of my favorite restaurants so I was excited to try the wings. There was so much fat on the wings that 75% of them were not edible... period. The skin was not crispy but mushy. Fries were over seasoned, cold, and soggy. Door Dash refunded me $15 for an order over $54, and there is no number listed to contact anyone from Its Just Wings. I saw the negative reviews and thought they were probably a little harsh, so decided to give IJW a try. The wings weren’t awful, but definitely not as good as what you would get from BWW for the same money. Or, if you want the best wings in Appleton, try The Bar or Wooden Nickel. We paid almost $100 for four people. The sauces weren’t anything special, there were WAY too many (cold) fries, and, as others have pointed out, the wings were greasy didn’t have the crispy broiler finish I would give them at home.
