Everyone has thier bag of tricks. The employee uses subtly to do things to you... sabotage your experience. I've had things happen to me the past three times. Mistakes are Mistakes, but when your job is anything...you become a professional. Mistakes is sandwich making happens because it's in thier bag of tricks. There are no consequences for these subtle things.. people don't complain or drive back. So these people learn these little subtle acts of revenge against you as what's available to thier bag of tricks. These employees make no money, it's part timers, they aren't thrilled about thst job or thier pay...nobody would. They must see something in my face or eyes and they take it as I am looking down on them. In that position and serving others, people probably reflect some image that they are better than these low income servants? The employee probably has a complex about feeling dumb since they are low wage. Always a big turnover. These employee form a resentment because thier looking for something from people's expressions when they first come in. They already feel small, then when thier looking for something. I have no doubt there some smug people you have ti deal with if your them, rude people, people in a hurry. And in time a resentment forms and then the bag of tricks is developed for rebuttals and revenge.
So you need to be watching them make your sub, or you definitely want to open up that sub and take a look... in the car if your shy..
So what's in thier bag of tricks... that I see them pulling these same stunts and thiers patterns. 1- not putting mayo, mustard, Dibella sauce on your sub. Your sub is dry. The dry sub from the bag of tricks. 2- Ask for mustard and a cup of Dibella sauce.... and you get a dry sub with a cup of mustard. The dry sub and only half the condiments from the bag of tricks 3- Ask for a cup of Dibella sauce on the side and they give you a cup of the wrong oil. The vinegar and Dibella oil blend. The wring condiments from the bag of tricks.
They make mistakes... you can't yell at someone for mistake.. they too subtle for that. Just a similar theme of screwing up the condiments. What else can you really do to sabotage the sub because the customer itches you...
Read moreOrdered two subs through the app for delivery and was told that they would arrive at 6:32pm. At 6:42pm, I started to grow concerned, especially when I saw that the delivery tracker never moved out of "Order Received". When I called, the girl that answered took my name and put me on hold to go check on my order. 8 minutes later, I finally hung up and texted the Door Dash person, only to find out at 6:57pm that DiBellas hadn't made the order yet and needed 5 more minutes. I tried calling DiBellas back only to get a recording that I was either calling after business hours or that they had a high volume of calls and couldn't pick up (my guess would be that I was still "on hold"...). It's now 7:13pm, my order is still stuck at "Order Received" through the DiBellas app, and my poor delivery person is still at DiBellas according to the Door Dash app. Very disappointing to...
Read moreDecided to go here for the first time yesterday for lunch because my mom said that their subs were amazing. She was absolutely right. The food is delicious, they have amazing customer service, the wait isn't long at all, the menu has a large variety, and the people that work there are very very friendly, especially considering that it was lunch time and the place was completely packed. They make it really easy to choose what you want to eat and the people that work there are working so efficiently that your sub is finished in no time at all. There other food is amazing too, the cookies are just absolutely amazing and the pickles and chips go perfect with your sub. I ate my leftovers last night and it still tasted fresh and amazing, and I have to say, the bread is just perfect. I was expecting the bread to be a little bit too hard to bite down on, but the bread had just the right amount of firmness and amazing flavour to finish off my sub. Definitely will go here again in the future. An absolute treasure of a restaurant, not many of these remain, I'm so glad I found it. Definitely is my pick...
