Final update: at least a day after having to file a charge dispute, customer service (corporate) reached out to offer a "resolution" which was either accept rewards points OR give them an absurd amount of information to issue a refund. Had the MOD placed their frustration on the correct party to begin with (store owner), and given me a refund at the store level, instead of sending me on a petty wild goose chase, I wouldn't have even complained. But apparently the owner is more concerned about their vanity plate and bumpster stickers than running their business ethically. I hope your MOD finds a more fulfilling career because obviously being the middleman to your neglect has made your team miserable ✌️
Second update: The franchise owner has STILL not gotten back to me, so I was forced to file a dispute for the difference with my financial institution. This is absolutely ridiculous and petty.
ETA (May 2025): I will not return to this location. The first time I ordered in app for an item they were out of, they gave my partner a partial cash refund. Today, they told me to deal with it in the app. When I did, the CSR told me that if have to wait for the franchisee to contact me within two business days. Not satisfied with how it was handled the previous time, I contacted the store directly. The MOD refused to give contact information for anyone higher up, refused to give a refund, and was quite rude in tone. They spoke over me, didn't bother to look up my name/order to understand what the problem was, and when I said it was wrong to refuse a refund when a product is prepaid and unavailable, budgeting issues were cited as a reason. Respectfully, that's not a professional way to run your business. I will update my review after I am contacted. I'm very picky about my Dunkin' locations and due to past experiences have gone through periods where I avoid the chain altogether.
But this location is my exception.

Read moreEvery time I visit this location, I have nothing but the BEST customer service, and my drink always tastes just how I like it. The place is always as clean as can be and I noticed Colleen (who may be the manager) is always greeting customers, cleaning, running around making sure everything is perfect inside and outside of the location. I love visiting this location b/c of the friendly employees and the cleanliness of the store. Most of the time I drive out of my way, just to visit this location . Each and every time I've visited this location, my experience was nothing but perfect. One time I ordered my drink and it wasn't to my liking, I went back through the drive thru and the woman taking care of me was so amazingly friendly about it, and made me feel comfortable. She made me try the drink before I pulled away to make sure it was how I liked it, and she let me keep the other coffee they had already made me... I've had an experience like that at other locations and the outcome was not the same. This place is the BEST and I would recommend it to any and everyone. The woman Colleen who is always in there when I visit is so friendly and she is part of the reason why I enjoy coming here and the other employees follow her lead. Read moreSince the one manager has been gone this store has gone down hill, I believe her name was Karen, they are understaffed as everyone quits I’m assuming it’s soo slow u wait for ever in the drive through and inside even with Mobil orders, there is times were it’s closed inside for not having enough people to work, there is a few people in there that are very nice and friendly but the rest are ignorant and clearly do not like their job, Don’t even need to be there.
