I absolutely love Dunkin Donuts. I'm there nearly everyday. This was by far the most rachet Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to I arrived there about 7:30am and went to use the restroom. Not one roll of toilet paper there at all. I had to take some out of the women's room and yes nobody was in there lol. They were very busy. That early a line out the door, and wrapped all the way out into the beginning of the driveway. Surprisingly there were cranking things quickly for the customers. A employee was making so much noise in the front during the service sounded like she was smacking a barking sheet on the counter. Then the same woman was talking so loudly about wanting to go get that cigarette break on. Another was being very unprofessional with the comments she made towards a guy in front of me. Having said that after that on my way out the door to go to my vehicle the coffee cup split and the whole cup of coffee went all over the ground. The only thing that made my experience that day was the nice woman who was cashiering. She was so very nice. She apologized for the cup splitting and replaced my coffee. If I knew her name I would have given her props or employee recognition or a raise or all of the above. She is the only reason I gave this location a second star. After reading all of the other dissatisfied customer views of the services this location can professionally turn it around so if im ever out that way again I would consider going...
Read moreI used to like this location but yesterday’s experience was the last straw / I ordered 2 large unsweetened iced teas on the AP - I get to the window and they say “sorry no iced tea - you can have green tea” - this is second time I have experienced this at this location - if they don’t have the item it should not be available to order on the AP. I said I don’t want green tea - I will wait for you to make the black tea - they said no we close in an hour and a half and we would have to throw it all away - so she leaves window and gets someone else to come to window - a new person says same and that I did not ask nicely enough so they were not going to make anything to fulfill the order - so I asked nicely - she comes back with one very watery tea - which was not what I ordered. I proceeded to say that’s not what I ordered and then called the support line (who were extremely helpful) and had my funds put back on the AP - I am not sure how DD can charge over $3.00 for a tea with absolutely no service provided - I go to DD a lot in multiple states - this has absolute worst service anywhere - evidenced by the fact there was absolutely no one in line at the drive through or in the store when I was there - another reason why the two workers could have just done their jobs to...
Read moreI love Dunkin Donuts, but this location needs help with how to manage their orders and their service. I have tried going through the drive thru several times on my way to work, but I end up waiting so long that I end up leaving. Today I decided to go in and order, and it was just as bad. There was a line of people behind me and a couple of people ahead of me. No one was at the counter, and there were 2 people over by the drive thru window discussing something that seemed to take forever. There were people waiting at the mobile "order ahead" counter who were also waiting a long time. I don't understand the issue with service at this location. They are very short staffed it seems. Also, this very slow drive thru service has caused many traffic jams on Long Pond Road, which is a very busy intersection near Ridgeway Avenue. If it weren't for the brand and products served, I don't think anyone would want to wait this long for something as simple as a donut or a breakfast sandwich. I then went to the Tim Horton's drive thru across the street and ordered within seconds and got my order. There were 4 people working there, and it wasn't even that busy. I love having Dunkin near me, but I most likely will not be going back...
