I never thought I would feel the inclination to leave a review at McDonald's as the result of a very good experience.
This morning I went to take my 2 young kids to a local diner which was unfortunately closed for the owners being on vacation. The kids wanted to dine in, so when I suggested McDonald's I didn't expect similar service that I would receive at our local diner when dining in.
When we arrived, there was a worker bringing out the trash who held the door for my kids as they ran ahead, welcoming them in.
When I got in to place our order everyone was cheery and friendly. The kind old lady that took my order was so sweet and handled every word from myself and others with a calm and graceful tone.
While I was ordering, the kids were running around and a staff member brought them out a craft to keep them occupied.
As we mosied over to a table I tried to rangle the kids while keeping an eye on our food at the counter. Seconds later, our food was delivered right to our table.
Not only was the staff amazing up to this point but the community of patrons were also very sociable and inviting.
As we prepared to leave, I was tidying up the table, as I always do, and another staff member noticed me trying to keep kids from running out the doors and stepped in to assist in disposing of the trash.
When walking out the door I was inspired to share this beautiful morning experience. Taking a 3&5 year old out to breakfast on your own can be quite the task. I thank the team at this McDonald's location for making this not only tolerable, but exceeding that mark and making it pleasurable and memorable! 5 stars for amazing customer service and...
Read moreThis location absolutely sucks. I only go there to get food for my family, I have an 8 year old boy at home who will only eat a plain cheeseburger. Every time I go I tell them plain cheeseburger happy meal with extra fries and every time I go there's always condiments on the burger. And this time I went and there was literally about 5 whole fries in the each of the baby containers for fries. The people there seem like they have no idea what they're doing. The woman manager is disgusting and rude. I ordered food for my daughter one day, she wanted a snack wrap and when I had gotten one before she told me there was barely any cheese or ranch on it so I politely asked that same manager who was taking my order to please make sure there was enough on the wrap because the last time there wasnt any at all. She gave me a dirty look as if I was being annoying and with an attitude said "sure". She then proceeded to not tell the grillers anything, and of course I checked and there was maybe a spec of ranch and cheese. So I asked a young man working if I could just have a side of ranch and cheese and he was actually very polite and he said he can just take them back and put more on. He then APOLOGIZED about his managers behavior and said she is always like that! I felt so bad for those employees. If you work in the food business you need to have a good attitude and be kind to people. If you can't do that you need to hit the road. It's supposed to be a welcoming environment where you go to eat. Not a horrible experience. And I hate it because this is the only one close...
Read moreIts off I don't go to McDonald's, but seeing as you want me to review it. I javent been to a McD in 3 years.. The last time I went was about 4 or 5 before that. I only stopped in thinking " hey I'm drunk, this can't be as bad as I remember. Right?" Wrong... Wrong as all get out. I figured screw it. Lets go with the classics. 1 chicken sammie, and one cheeseburger. My drunk self was ready, but my soul was not. I took a bite of the chicken sandwich and tried not to wretch. I immediately spit what was in my mouth into the wrapper, then dumped it into the Wal-Mart's parking lot. I said to myself "self there is no way the burger with cheese can not be anywhere as bad" I mean it is in essence a cheeseburger, pickles, mustard.. Repeat scenes 1-3, bite, spit dump. Never Will I ever again. Now I KNOW you are thinking " how could he even remember this if he was drunk?" I remember because as I slowly walked away with a hole in my soul I saw the rats of the sky devouring what I had left only to begin falling over in pain one by one as I distanced myself from the horror.. I have never felt so bad about seagullacide in my life. It still haunts me...
