New Great Wall — Restaurant in Town of Greenburgh

I came across The Great Wall while searching for a decent Chinese takeout as an alternative to my usual place in Hartsdale, and I figured to give this place a chance since it had an average 3.9 stars and decent recent reviews. Unfortunately I was sadly disappointed. The beef with broccoli I ordered was plentiful, but the beef was not adequately cooked, with a coating on it that gave the texture a weird taste. I also ordered the roast pork fried rice, and the rice was undercooked as well (it hadn't been boiled long enough. ...it was like eating pellets). I ordered the fried dumplings, and again, the meat inside was less than fully cooked. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHO EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE HAD A ATTITUDE AS IF SHE DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE MY ORDER LIKE SHE FORGOT IM A CUSTOMER THAT PLANNED ON SPENDING MONEY AT THIS BUSINESS, I ASKED FOR ORANGE SAUCE ON MY CHICKEN WINGS AND SHE ACTED AS IF SHE NEVER HEARD OF ORANGE SAUCE, WHEN THEY MAKE ORANGE CHICKEN ALLL THE TIME. AFTER I FINISHED ORDERING I ASKED FOR THE PRICE LIKE I DO AFTER EVERY ORDER. SHE THEN BLURRED OUT 20MINS. THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE. I HOPE SHE ENJOYS THE FOOD I JUST ORDERED BECAUSE IM NOT BUYING THAT BS, BASED OFF HER ATTITUDE I CAN JUST IMAGINE HOW MUCH CARE WILL GO INTO PREPARING MY FOOD. SOO SHE'S STUCK WITH THAT ONE, AND SHE LOST A CUSTOMER AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND...

This is my first time ordering with them. They have an online option, so that's a plus, and I paid ahead of time. But the location on Google maps is slightly wrong. Instead of it being (in reference to Hillside Ave) as you're driving, a left turn and being on the right, it's a right turn on the left. I used the Gmaps mobile app and ended up at an autoparts dealership when it said "you have arrived at your destination".

In terms of the food, it's very good and the portion sizes are gratuitous. I am a little confused however as to why, when I ordered the lobster-fried rice why the rice is bright yellow - like hispanic food rice - and not white with bits...
