I've been meaning to write this review so here goes. My wife and I went to the store to choose a bed not having a particular one in mind we decided to go and speak with someone who could help. We were approached by Daniel Dell'Oretta nice guy and nice suit. He asked us questions on positions we sleep in if we're side, stomach, back etc. He let us try a few mattress and then it happened. The moment when you sit on a mattress and your body says to your mind this is the one. I sat on the Pegasus Plush and once I was on my back with my feet up my soul said yes this is the one. The comfort, the back relief, the closest feeling to a cloud I'll get. I bought it right there and needed it delivered. A few days pass and the bed is on the way. I get nervous I think everyone gets nervous when something is coming to the house. Well rest assured my readers the delivery team was efficient, professional and quick. The kind of team you only see in movies that are that efficient and made it seem so easy. The whole delivery I kid you not took 15 minutes. The base was in and set up the mattress was in. I thanked them and tipped them I jumped on the bed and was taken in my Pegasus cloud to heaven. This is a reminder how professional Raymour and Flannigan are with customers. Yea I've been to Bob's, heck I've been to Sleepys but there's no comparison. That's it I've decided from now on everything comes from Raymour and Flannigan. Read moreIf there was an option for no stars. I would have picked that option. We had an ottoman that was delivered in the wrong fabric in November. We went to the White Plains store in person and the correct ottoman was allegedly ordered. Yesterday January 30th. I called Fanny at customer service who could not locate the order. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told he was assisting another customer and would call me shortly. Hours later, once again I went to the store in person only to find out that she never gave the manager my message. He was actually not helping a customer, but in a meeting. The store manager was unable to remedy this ridiculous issue until we provided evidence again that it was the wrong ottoman. After providing a picture that clearly shows it does not match our set, I still was required today to provide another picture of the label under the ottoman. I still don't know when I will or if I will receive the correct piece. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced and I will never do business with this store again. They do NOT care about customer care. Only sales made! DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE AND SHOP AT THE WHITE PLAINS RAYMOUR...
Read moreIt was a great experience walking into the store. Scott came over immediately to offer help. I needed a new mattress and had some very specific criteria. Having done some online research, I narrowed down to 4 choices. Scott guided me to each one, I tried them out, and made my decision. He pointed out some important details that were helpful. The purchase was easy, and he wasn’t pushy. And the best thing was that I could have it delivered within 48 hours, with removal of my old bedding included. I gave the review 4 stars, not 5, because of the delivery. All in all, it was very well done. I got a 3 hour window and all went well. Very smooth, very professional. The 2 men making the delivery worked quickly and efficiently. Under normal circumstances, not during the covid pandemic, I would give them a 5+++, but in spite of having masks, only one was wearing it properly, the other had it hanging round his neck. I have been extremely careful due to my husband being high risk so I can’t understand this attitude of non compliance with health safety measures.
