I am utterly appalled by the level of unprofessionalism, negligence, and complete disregard for customer service displayed by the Tesla service center. I recently took my leased Tesla Model 3, which is driven an average of 5 miles a day and parked most of the time, in for a repair of the underbody. What should have been a routine repair has turned into a nightmare.
Despite spending over $1000, the underbody of my vehicle was replaced with such carelessness that all the pins are either missing or loose. As a result, the bumper is now misaligned, and various plastic pieces are hanging off the car, creating a hazardous and unsightly condition. To make matters worse, the interior of the trunk was left in complete disarray, a blatant disregard for my property.
When I brought these issues to the attention of the service center, I was met with an astonishing level of indifference. They informed me that since it had been 10 days since the service was performed, they were not willing to fix anything. Although I reached out through the app and did the survey within that time frame as well as called and no one ever picks up . This is utterly unacceptable. It is their responsibility to ensure that repairs are done correctly the first time. I am not a service technician, nor do I possess any knowledge about vehicle repairs, yet now I am being forced to bear the financial burden of their incompetence.
The fact that I have to pay for additional repairs, after already spending a significant amount of money less than two weeks ago, is beyond infuriating. This experience has demonstrated a severe lack of accountability and respect for customers.
I strongly advise against using this service center or purchasing any vehicles from this company. The negligence and unprofessionalism displayed are not only frustrating but also potentially dangerous. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. This level of service is inexcusable and should not be tolerated by anyone.

Read moreThis Tesla service center provides top level service. Coming from BMW service for more than a decade I was very apprehensive about Tesla service.
Tesla service is different from BMW, Mercedes, etc. you can only get service from the app which is really different.
At first it’s seems like the person you are messaging is an AI (honestly it might be, but I digress). Even if there is an AI in your initial conversation, you quickly learn there is a local person looking into your issue.
At this point you might be unsure “why are they asking me to go to the car, press/hold a button and speak “bug report””?
20 minutes later your service representative is telling you to bring the car in today/tomorrow.
It’s always unclear if you will get a loaner or $100 in Uber credits, but you know they are trying to put you in a temp M3.
Then your car is repaired; this is going to be a new change from BMW service.
You simply get a message “your service is complete, service notes available by clicking this link. Please park the loaner in the lot, drop the fob in the slot, find your car and drive away”
It’s actually jarring at first, but you quickly realize the efficiency of the service.
The service provided at this repair center is different, but excellent. Learn how to use the bug report where the computer sends them all the errors, take photos of the issue and put them in the...
Read moreWe took delivery of our Tesla Model Y in the Paramus, N.J., dealership close to our home, but that building on Route 17 north was damaged in a storm and still doesn't offer any service.
So I made an appointment with the service department at Tesla White Plains today to touch up several chips in the front bumper from a parking mishap, and install Tesla mud flaps and our front license plate and frame.
The service advisor, a woman whose name I didn't get, looked at the chips and said touching them up wouldn't work, and she recommended having the bumper repainted at a Tesla-approved body shop. But she was happy to install the mud flaps and license plate frame, which had three adhesive strips to hold it onto the front bumper.
I sat in the waiting room and chatted with another customer, and answered questions from a food deliverer who asked about maintenance of a Tesla (very little) and what I liked best about my Model Y. The answer: How fast it is, compared to a gas car.
When the work was completed, the service advisor said there was no charge for installing the mud flaps and license plate frame, and recommended a brushless car wash I could stop at on the way home.
Now, that's what I call...
