This morning I stopped at Sunshine Bagel with my son for breakfast. Stepped up to the counter to the girl working there. No greeting, no smile, like we werent there, not what I think customer service should be like. My son ordered a ham, egg and cheese and I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. The girl again,quite unhappy, said How many pieces of bacon. Then the food came and when I opened mine it was cheese and bacon on a bagel. My son went to the counter and Miss nasty said I didn't order egg. Maybe she didn't hear me or maybe I didn't. The fact remains, it was a mistake. I've worked as a waitress for many years when I was young and if I ever treated a customer like that I would have been fired. What are we teaching our youth. No respect and no common courtesy. The worst part was when I cancelled my order the owner never apologized and didn't even reprimand the employee for being rude. She actually proceeded to give me dirty looks. Will never go there again nor will I let anyone else I know. Lived in Dobbs Ferry my whole life and I mostly do business in Ardsley. I will never go to Sunshine...

This spot call my attention when I got a coffee in Starbucks in front, the place is pretty small, a bit pricey, and the feed that they want to charge 0.50 dollars If you do not spend more than 10 is a little ridiculous, we are in 2017, a lot of people doesn't have cash in their pockets.

The line is a bit long, and I notice that the flow of person is very concurrent. So, I assume they are delicious and well-known. This is the first time I saw the rainbow bagel in a spot in Westchester. I Did not hesitate to order it, to accompany my bagel I order it that came toasted and with cream cheese, but to my surprise, it was not well toasted, although the filling of cream cheese was a lot, and the taste was good but eating the rainbow colors bagel made me question did they use food coloring on the dough.
