Came to the diner for dinner service. The place was empty except for 5 tables just finishing their meals. My dad and I both had matzah ball soup. My soup had an under cooked piece of chicken in it (chicken matzah ball soup is supposed to be fully cooked shreds of chicken not under cooked vegetable broth with chicken bits). My chicken salad sandwich was dry, and bland with no seasoning almost like they bought the Costco premade chicken salad. COME ON GUYS WHAT HAPPENED TO THE GOOD QUALITY FOOD MADE WITH LOVE. seems like this restaurant is tanking quickly....HOW UNFORTUNATE! Side note: if the dining room floor is empty and only a few tables staff shouldn't be visibly on their phones watching YouTube videos and cracking wise remarks about their table. HOPEFULLY YOU LEARN A THING OR TWO LOVING THE PASSION OF COOKING

Historically, every diner I go to goes through my annoying litmus test; ordering Eggs Benedict. In my mind, if the combination of eggs, ham, breakfast muffin, topped with hollandaise and a side of home fries is good then they earn my stamp of approval and will entice me to come back to try other items on the menu in the future. In the decade+ I’ve lived in Westchester I’ve never had the pleasure of stopping in this hidden gem of a diner but today I can easily say that I am coming back for more! The service was great, the coffee was hot, they had almond milk for the Mrs. And the portion was right for the price. Oh and they had two kinds of hot sauces to choose from (win!). Highly recommended.

This is a no frills budget friendly diner. Came here on a Saturday brunch time with two friends and we're promptly seated with easy to find parking. Customer service was respectable. In terms of food options, the pancakes and omelette were solid options but nothing stood out. Unfortunately minus a star for the French toast. While it had decent taste, they should have either increased the size of the bread or the number of pieces. You can compare the quantity of food for that meal. My friend had to order a side of bacon and eggs to supplement.

Ardsley Diner is very enticing to visit Always packed and yet don't have to wait too long with their ample seating (tables and bar) Friendly staff Huge menu selections

On the other hand, the experience overall is just OKAY.

I've only been here twice, but both times- once in the Spring, and the next just recently in this Winter, it has been so.incredibly.hot. to the point where I feel all energy cells are being depleted because they are suffocating one by one. It doesn't help if you sit next to a window and the sun just happens to be beaming on your face, but I do wish they did something with air control.

During the most recent visit, I came with my boyfriend and brother, collectively ordering the santa fe turkey burger, california grilled cheese (loaded with turkey bacon and avocado on texas toast) and a chicken burrito.

The food came out at a reasonable time- the turkey burger was cooked well, loaded with toppings, and all around solid. The grilled cheese was just meh- would think the texas toast would have some seasoning but the sandwich was generally very bland and lacked flavor.

My brother's burrito was created with beef instead-- a big No for him. The waitress was accommodating however, and replaced his meal with his new request of the turkey burger, although it took a very, very long time for it to come out.

I don't doubt their other food options are great- everything is reasonably priced, but the general experience has...

The food was great but the service was terrible. Me And my significant other drove 40 minutes to try out this diner. When we walked in we was told to sit anywhere, the waitress never introduced herself and, she rarely came to check up. Towards the ending of us eating, my significant other went to use the men’s room and after he left a male customer started to make Me feel heavily uncomfortable due to his repeated staring at me. As we proceeded to hurry and leave after we paid because I felt uncomfortable, the waitress come running outside to my car demanding we tipped her, I express to her that it was my fault she didn’t get one and it wasn’t because of her but because of the man staring from the corner of this diner. She proceeds to say, “well that has nothing to do with me”. She had a lot of attitude, and if I wasn’t so patient with people she would’ve gotten cursed out. I am never coming to this diner again, they need to learn customer service and how to treat people. She had blonde hair and was medium build with a...
