Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Listen, I'm not going to complain having a burger king 5 min from the house... but the service here sucks. When you make specific requests, it gets ignored. It takes a very long time to get your food, whether special request or not... but like I said, I can't complain. This place has come in clutch at all hours of the day. multiple times. I appreciate this location and hope that they will get the hang of the reason why it is called fast food. Oh, also lots of uber eats, grubhub guys here so it can get a little annoying and make the wait...

Stopped by one evening extremely late to pick up a Seamless order for a late night bite. I was informed when I got there they were closed for the next 2 hours, to perform nightly cleaning despite their Seamless App open to taking orders.

Nothing posted reflects the change of hours of operation, I would avoid this location for this fact alone.

I recently visited this Burger King and was really disappointed with the service. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, which led to a long wait time. When I finally received my order, it was incorrect and the food was lukewarm at best. It felt like they didn't care about the customers at all, and it definitely put a damper on my meal.
