So I decided because of the great reviews that I saw online that I was on going to order a pizza pie from this place for me and my kids. So I placed my order on Uber eats around 12:30 and kept tracking since my delivery was supposed to arrive at 1:15-1:35,1:30 came and no pie so I called the restaurant to find out what happened! I was told that my order didn’t show up on their screen and that it’s ubers fault and not there’s even though it didn’t show in their system, so I was told 10 mins! So me being a mom with hungry kids I ask can we do something about the order since it’s been an hour and I haven’t received. I was told no! So I tried to ask about the timing to see if it was really going to be 10 mins or 30 mins!I kept getting cut off while speaking so eventually I was screamed at and was told I’m not getting my order! So I went back on Uber cancelled my order and called back to see who I spoke to and by surprise it was the owner himself Joseph Cinelli! Who knew an owner could be so rude! Needless to say I would not recommend especially if you have kids and no owner should ever open there mouth to be so rude to anyone! Thanks for letting me keep my money...
Read moreThe pizza wasn’t bad. But I had a large pie half pepperoni delivered to my house. My house is less than a half a mile from Cinelli. They charge me 350 delivery fee plus I had to tip the driver three dollars. So that’s 650 just to get the pizza delivered. The pizza was $24. With delivery and tip? It came out to 30 bucks. I decided to look at some of the reviews. Owner states that the 350 delivery charge is to pay for gas and insurance for his oven trucks? The guy who delivered the pizza? Came in a little four-door Nissan. It was not an oven truck. It wasn’t a Cinelli’s vehicle. $30 to have a pizza delivered what amounted to about 10 blocks? Sorry. We won’t be doing that again. UPDATE: thank you for your response back and clarifying what I obviously made a mistake about. I’m just curious to know? Are you hiring? Because if you got 10 deliveries in an hour and the driver gets $3.50 for each delivery? That’s $35.00 an hour! That’s not even counting tips. Your guys must be making $50 - $60 an hour? That sounds like a great deal. Let me know. I’d...
Read moreIt was my 1st time there ever tonight, we met Barbara the owner who was an absolute gem, I enjoyed talking with her! Our waiter Abe helped me with my selection (homemade gnocchi in Alfredo sauce), the gnocchi looked like little pillows, but the flavor was out of this world! It was silky, light with the perfect mix of cheese and butter-if you have the chance you need to try this dish I cannot rave enough! My boyfriend, who is in the fish business very rarely has a good experience with other restaurants seafood but tonight, I watched as he took his first taste and his eyebrows went up, and he looked at me and said "this is how a seafood dish should taste", he absolutely enjoyed his meal. And then there's Jackson, the young man who gave up his Saturday night with his friends to take care of us. What a nice young man! Barbara, thank you for a wonderful evening, you will absolutely...
