I would give them 0 stars if I could. SANITARY CONCERNS-WE ARE STILL IN A PANDEMIC! Ordered food tonight. took 1 1/2 hours to arrive. Order was wrong. Called BACK. Waited another 45 min for missing meal to arrive.
Delivery person arrived and asked for the wrong meal and soda can that they had delivered. We pointed out that they should not be taking this back WE ARE STILL IN A PANDEMIC. We said that they cannot serve the meal to someone else. Delivery person insisted so we gave both to him.
VERY CONCERNING. HOPE IT WAS NOT SERVED TO SOMEONE ELSE. Our experience has been under normal times that if a restaurant makes a mistake they apologize, return with the correct item and tell you to keep the food because they can't serve it. Called to place a take out order at 6:41 tonight & I’m here at 7:45 and it’s not ready. Don’t waste your time. I don’t care if it was free or if the President recommended it. No Chinese food is worth the wait, the stress, the headache..they let you stand there without an update, no communication. The pile to-go order on the counter as if they are priority while people crowd inside due to cold temperatures. I just can’t! I am offended. The blatant disregard and unprofessionalism. They are understaffed and it’s obviously a family business. It’s literally the first Chinese restaurant where they don’t have their stuff together. 0/5 would NOT recommend!

SUPER RUDE, I patiently waited, when I try to answer for my order, she kept walking away & doing other things, no eye contact nothing when I finally got to tell order, very rudely answered "NO we don't have and walked away, playing busy I'm standing thinking okay well wouldn't you have asked " something else the lady carried on like I didn't exist. I guess if I was of another nationality she would've handled me different😞. NEVER GOING AGAIN, I'VE KNOWN OF THIS PLACE SINCE MOVING TO LONG ISLAND AND NEVER GOT TREATED THIS WAY....
