Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

i’ve never written a review, but this store deserves one. by far the WORST, customer service i received last night. if you want to order dominos, id simply avoid this new york location. i ordered a pizza, and the picture below just leaves me speechless. The manager, MD, was notably hostile during my visit. His demeanor created an unwelcoming atmosphere that made the entire dining experience uncomfortable. He made me very uncomfortable the whole time as i couldn’t even understand what he was saying.

Upon entering the store, I couldn't help but notice that the cleanliness of the establishment left a lot to be desired. The tables were dirty and filthy and the overall appearance of the store was not up to the standard I expect from a reputable pizza chain like Domino's. The general tidiness of the place was lacking. Regrettably, the condition of the store seemed to extend to the food preparation area. The food, including my pizza, appeared less than appetizing. It was evident that attention to hygiene and cleanliness was lacking, further diminishing my confidence in the quality of the meal. As i received my pizza, I discovered a mosquito in one of the slices. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS!! This was not only unappetizing but also raised concerns about the overall sanitation practices in the kitchen.

Given the combination of the inhospitable attitude from the manager, the cleanliness of the store, and the presence of an unwelcome guest in my pizza, I am disappointed with my recent experience at this Domino's location. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more positive dining experience for...

I had an incredibly unsatisfactory and disgusting experience at this Domino's location recently. The service was abysmal, characterized by rude and disrespectful behavior from the staff and the manager. To make matters worse, two employees, seemingly disinterested, were on their phones when I was attempting to place an order. One standing by a wall, and the other behind him. Their lack of attention and professionalism was disappointing.

When the food finally arrived, it failed to meet even the most basic expectations. The wait wasn't justified, and the staff, rather than addressing concerns, were too busy laughing and ignoring customers. This lack of customer focus was disheartening. At this point, it wasn’t even worth the wait.

Now, onto the food itself. I ordered a pie and some wings, along with Garlic Twists, and they were far from satisfactory. The overall taste was subpar, and the items seemed old. The wings were particularly disappointing, as they weren't cooked through properly. And the twists, were burnt and cold and tasted horrible. I can’t understand how is it possible that someone saw this and thought it was okay to pack it as it was. This made for an unpleasant dining experience, leaving me regretting my decision to choose Domino's for my meal. Think twice before choosing to dine at this Dominos location. They are beyond rude and nasty.

I ordered three pies on a Friday night at 7:45. The app told me 45 minutes later that my order was delivered. I called the store & the worker said my order went out and to just wait or call back in 5-10 minutes. 9pm came around and I called back, a lady now picked up the phone and she continues to rush me off the phone without listening to my concerns. She keeps saying don’t worry, don’t worry. At 9:10pm, I have my boyfriend call because the two times no one has been taking me seriously. I’ve spent my money and still have yet to receive my order. So he calls, they give him some story about how the order was messed up and it never went out and now to wait another 25 minutes for it to be delivered. I literally live around the corner, so there’s no world where it takes two hours for pizza. The workers are so rude and completely disingenuous. If you don’t like customer service don’t do the job.

UPDATE: At 10pm when they finally delivered my pizza, after i tipped handsomely on the app, the driver looks at me and says “NO TIP?” Very crass...
