Horrible customer service. I took a trip to pick up my order and when I arrive home I noticed they underbaked my pizza (there was shredded cheese not fully melted, and pepperonis that looked unbaked). I had ordered it well done to begin with.
Then they remake the order after I call, I had to make a 2nd trip there. When I get home, I come to find out they burnt the pizza.
At this point it seems really petty what they’re doing, as if asking for a well done pizza means burning it. I ask for my money back and they said it will be refunded. It NEVER got refunded despite me following up on the issue.
This was a genuine case of neglect on their part. They always try to make the orders so fast, they thought I was kidding though when I said the pizza was underbaked by regular standards. Let alone the fact I asked for a well done one. Because they bake their pizzas so fast, I’ve had to come home and pop it in the oven to bake it a little more. And it’s not that I even order it well done all the time, just sometimes. I don’t know what it is with them barely baking the pizza.
This is the worse scenario I’ve had to deal with this location. But them getting orders wrong and having inconsistent quality is nothing unusual. I’ve been a year round customer so I know.

Read moreI’m taking out the time to write a review tonight, due to attention the team working right now, gave to me & my family. I gave an earful of an explanation over the phone, of why I had to call ahead of time before I used my usual method to order pizza on the Dominos app. Long story short: I had credit from a previous delivery order mistake where we didn’t receive what we ordered. Ashley took her time to make certain this was verified, properly credited & handled appropriately. She was very courteous & considerate. The manager (I didn’t catch her name) made a decision to be more than accommodating & offer to use my credit and then some for the previous mishap. Overall, I appreciate their kindness and of course, the yummy 3 pies we normally order (handmade pan pizza w/bacon & pineapple, handmade pan w/Asiago & cheddar cheese & handmade pan w/extra mushrooms & green peppers). My family is extremely satisfied and for some reason, the pizza was so good this time around probably made with additional TLC. Thank you Ashley & the team tonight, we are grateful you made all considerations on our behalf. This made our dinner worth ordering with you! Continue to be customer friendly, it’s very inviting. Read moreUpdate 8/23/2024. I made an order online cancelled the order and NEVER RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK. After being told 5 business days. I spoke to Diego on more than one occasion and he told me .. hey we will work it out only to tell me today to call my bank. The problem I have is if an order is cancelled the employee has to provide proper service in canceling the order with documentation. They have no record of my order ever being cancelled which is disgraceful and unacceptable. The cancelled order was 28 dollars and changed. The money could not be refunded right away. I waited n waited and called with no resolution. I feel like they just treated me like a criminal for spending my own money and wanting my refund for a delivery that I cancelled.
Ughh , worst experience in a long time.absolutely disgusting. 2 large pizza soda 25 bucks for a pizza with barely any sausage on it . The pepperoni pizza had plenty toppings however the pizza tasted like cardboard. The cheese tasted artificial lacking natural flavor. What the hell happened!!? Is every fast food restaurant cutting back on quality ingredients for more money.?! Less deals but the quality of the food has declined.
