European Republic — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Me and my co-worker normally order from here 2 times a month. We ordered today asked for the 2 piece fried Chx combo and asked to add an extra piece to both. When we got the order each 2 of them only had 2 pieces and another only had 1 piece. Checked the order receipt. We were charged for the 3 combos and the extra pice for each. When I told the guy on the phone he straight up told me I was LIAR, and come bring it in and show him if I'm not lying. Meanwhile I'm at work and I have time to leave to prove it. I've worked my hole career in the food industry as a manageresult this is not how you treat regular customers. DO NOT EAT HERE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. IT'S NICE TO BE CALLED A LIAR WHEN YOUR TELLING THE TRUTH. I wish it was possible to give this...

While I have no complaints about the food o do have complaints about their customer service. It is twice now that I have ordered whiting fish and they delivered tilapia to me. I cannot have Talapia. I called them and told them what they sent me only to have them argue with me about it not being talapia and then hang the phone up on me. Twice now I wasted time and money on food I cannot eat. I called back to speak with a manager and they said they don’t have a manager and they ridiculed me. All is good until you are not satisfied with them and then they treat you like you don’t matter. I hope consumers take this into consideration before patronizing this...

I like going to this place. But when they give you the wrong food and tells you it’s the right food it questions your integrity. Very upset that the service was provided last night. Asked for JUST chicken breast and what I got was chicken thighs!!! She kept on arguing with me that I was breast she had given me. Even after I had open the box in front of she and showed it to her.

You don’t have to take my words for it. You have cameras everywhere. Especially over the counter. You can run it and see what they gave me. I had opened the box to show it to her.

Not sure if I blame her or the cook in the back!!! Please educate...
