Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Usually do not visit this chain, since I do not care for doughnuts and I prefer another chains coffee, but made a stop here to order a breakfast sandwich. It took over 10 minutes from the time I got my receipt, to get my sandwich. The woman who handed me my food seemed to have an attitude when stating what the contents were and asking me if I had receipt. I explained that I was not provided one and since it was myself and two other people, I felt it wasn't a big deal. Finally she asked the cashier, who confirmed that was my order, and she tosses it on the counter for me and doesn't say a word as she goes back to her work. Just got out of this location. I purchased something to eat. I was resting by the table and employee comes up to me asking me why I’m there? There was homeless person in the back with luggage in the dining area and had the nerve to come up to me to say that. I will never step foot in that location ever again. That is the most disgusting customer service I’ve ever experienced. The fact that I live closer to here and been going to the greenwich location is a joke in itself. This location is not only better but slightly cheaper.
