Prime location that's great witht he Dunkin App. However, this place has always been the slowest Dunkin in New York. I always hate ordering from this location because the wait will always be crazy. Not sure what is the operational problem here. But I know that other Dunkins do it a million times better. In and service is why people come here. But they fail everytime not to mention it took them years to open the drive thru. But even with the drive thru service has not improved. This is quite possibly the worst store ever created. One app order, go to pick it up and they are out of everything. The employee says he will have the manager refund it. Manager calls later and says can't refund the app but we can go pick up the order again when it's in stock. Yea just what I love, driving aimlessly around.
