Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Ok, stopped in with my family to get a little pick me up for the ride home... SMH, immediately I was turned off. At the register there was water dripping from the ceiling into a bucket. Now listen, I worked in a fast food restaurant, you can't always control something that happens and managers are slow to respond, but they could have informed us instead of us standing there having water drop on us before we even realised what the bucket was for. I ordered a pumpkin Spiced latte cold, Medium. They gave it to me with no whip cream, when I asked where was the whip cream, the cashier tried to tell me it doesn't xome with whip cream.. Huh?! I was looking directly at the video loop right above her head that shows the same latte with whip cream, pumpkin swirl and sugar crystals. So when the preparer put whip cream on it, that was ALLL he put on it. When he handed it to me, I just looked at them. They bit where like yes this is it, I'm looking at the picture and the loop and just shook my head. I said that's not it, just give me my drink. As if that wasn't bad enough, my latte and hubby's drink were horrible. Like the coffee was old and too strong. And hubby asked for his drink light and sweet, like me 😆😆, but that is NOT what he got. DD is always a hit or miss. No 2 DD...

Firstly I buy @ this dunken donuts (mobile order)Mon-Friday, today was by far the worst day ever. I ordered my iced latte and grilled cheese sandwich while walking to the store this gives them enough time to make and put out by the time I get there. Walk into the store today there’s about 10 people in there waiting nothing on the pick up rack it’s empty. After 10 mins they put my latte, after another 10 mins I see a box with no tag order # etc so don’t know if it’s my order ask the lady who’s doing sandwich she’s doesn’t know she leaves and walk back to her station while there a guy gave the cashier his receipt because he been there way before she starts laughing and giving the guy his stuff that’s been just waiting around in the back like it’s a joke. How dare u laugh at making a custom wait 1/2 hr or more for an order. He I start asking about my grill cheese the manager lady comes over quickly and says it’s mine. Y couldn’t the lady just ask hey didn’t someone have a grill cheese pick up order instead of just leaving it there after I waited 1/2 with no tag or order number?? THE WORST ONLINE ORDER!!!!!………I didn’t get what I ordered, this store will NEVER GET MY BUSINESS EVEERRRRR! MY ORDER WAS COMPLETELY WRONG! I asked for a 2SCOOP WITH SPRINKLES AND HOT FUDGE, THE NEXT ON WAS 2SCOOP SUNDAE WITH BANANA, cherries, DOUBLE ALMONDS, FUDGE SYRUP…. & Brownie cubes.....INSTEAD THEY GAVE ME WHAT THEY WANTED...one order was with nuts instead they gave me both with nuts and no I didn’t get my sundae… it was 2orders of the same thing ( 2 scoops with almonds ) Where was the sundae? this was supposed to be 24 HRS store but when I got there the guy was leaving with his umbrella..he said come back at 10 am ( LIKE WHO'S EATING ICE CREAM AT 10am)….I was surprising my daughter with ice cream , this was a very upsetting, aggravated nightmare ... 20 min ride & I still couldn't get her ice cream ....
