With all that's going on why should I have to ask the person to change their gloves after touching the register. The guy walked 2' and grabbed my food and didn't change his gloves. When I asked for refund he refused to give me my money back. Instead of making a scene I left the store. We are in a crisis and even if we're not in a crisis like this you should still change your gloves after touching the register. Pay attention if you go to this store. This guy at the front desk has to be one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. When I went in to correct a mobile order he said "Not my problem, your problem" when I asked if they can correct it or give me a refund. He smiled at me and then said again louder "mobile order, not my problem ITS YOUR PROBLEM" DEFINITELY REPORTING THEM TO CORPORATE! He refused to give me his name when I asked so I included a picture. It’s an ongoing thing. I had previously ordered a wrap and the sausage was cold ( straight out the fridge, not warmed at all ), I had to toss it into the trash bin.
