Despite explicitly requesting a 7:00 pickup time for my sandwich, I received a text notification at 6:30 stating that it was ready. When I called to address the discrepancy, the staff claimed they hadn't prepared it yet. Eventually, when I received the sandwich, it was disappointingly soggy, with the meat slightly cold. This lack of timeliness and subpar quality left me feeling dissatisfied and questioning the attention to detail at Holy Schnitzel.
The disheartening aspect of this encounter was further amplified by the manager's dismissive attitude during our conversation. Instead of offering a genuine apology or seeking a resolution, the manager seemed indifferent to my concerns and showed a lack of empathy. Such behavior not only failed to address the issue at hand but also displayed a lack of professionalism and customer-oriented approach.
The soggy sandwich, resulting from the substantial delay in preparation, significantly impacted the overall enjoyment of my meal. The bread had lost its desired texture, becoming unappealingly soft, and the meat lacked the warmth and freshness one would expect from a made-to-order item. This discrepancy between the requested pickup time and the actual preparation time highlighted a lack of attention to customer preferences and adherence to basic quality standards.
Considering my recent experience, I am left with reservations about recommending Holy Schnitzel to others. Honestly i am extremely disappointed with the food and most of all the customer service.I always order from and the food never comes out exactly the way i want it but yesterday was the last draw. I ordered 3 salads and 2 sandwiches, forget the fact that each salad is close to $20.00 when i ordered one of the salads i told the the guy taking my order (chris) listen my aunt is allergic to avocado make sure the salad doesn't go near avocado , he reads me the full order back and when he read the order he said the salad is to not go near avocado i said perfect . the food arrived 70 minutes later and we're all starving all the salads had avocado i call him up extremely furious i told him listen i don't want you to even said the salads over just refund me you're lucky I'm not suing you because my aunt noticed the avocado if she would have eaten it that would have been bad. so he replied listen i have to call the owner to get permission to refund you. 20 minutes later they give me call i explain the situation over and the owner tells me listen bring me the food and ill give you credit for next time i said what no you are going to give me a refund he tells me he can't i said are you serious that is the least you can do he kept laughing on the phone telling me to drive 15 minutes to holy and give him the food so he can give credit . Read moreI have been a loyal customer of Holy Schnitzel and frequently order large takeout for my family. However, my experiences with their salads have been consistently disappointing. Every time I order a salad with grilled chicken, the portion of chicken is noticeably insufficient.
Today was no different. I ordered two salads with grilled chicken, and once again, the amount of chicken was unreasonably small. When I called to address the issue, I was told that nothing could be done. In the past, when I brought up this concern, the owner was kind enough to send additional chicken, which I appreciated. However, when I spoke with Noy B over the phone today, he dismissively told me that I just had to accept the portion as is.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. As a regular customer, I expected a more professional and reasonable resolution. When I mentioned that I would no longer be ordering from Holy Schnitzel due to this ongoing issue, his only response was, “It’s cool.” This was not only unprofessional but also showed a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
