Island Park Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I made the mistake by ordering from here instead of another restaurant that I really like. And I paid the bill for that. I ordered egg drop soup and wonton soup it was like drinking piss water. Called the restaurant & woman confirmed they forgot to put flavor in the soups. Duh! They re delivered egg drop & wonton with added flavor but not a big difference…The soup sucked! Additionally I ordered beef lo mein which they delivered and it also was saturated with brown fried rice…I did not ask for that and in my lifetime I’ve never gotten beef lo mein with fried rice mixed in. And that was not good either. And the shrimp fried rice was just as bad and the shrimp had a very fishy odor. That was a first for me with that too never had anything like that in my life. The only thing that was halfway decent and that was really edible was the beef chow fun. I spent $40 for this order and the bulk of it wound up in the trash. I do not recommend anybody to order or eat here…This establishment is below standard and below par and I have never received or tried to eat such terrible horrible Chinese food in my life. If you want the best, authentic, jaw dropping Chinese food in the world, go to this place. I am not lying, when I tried the general tso's chicken, a literal tear dropped from my eye socket. If I could choose one restaurant to eat at for the rest of my bedazzling life, I would choose my local pizza place, but this is a close second. I am not lying, this pizza is so good, a tesr dropped from my literal eye socket. This pizza is great. With fresh mozzarella, dough, and store bought tomato sauce from Trader Joe’s. Trader a Joe’s is bitterly my favorite supermarket in the southern, western Long Island area that’s less than a 100 feet from the meadow brook highwa. The meadow brook highway also happens to be my favorite highway, but Long Beach road is a close second, Long Beach road is great, it has my favorite Chinese restaurant in the whole world, that gave me a tear drop when I tried the general Tso's.
