I went here to get a spa pedicure and gel powder manicure. The owner/manager told me that if anything happens to my nails, they will fix it free of charge. sure enough, the gel powder was chipping, cracking down the middle of each nail, and falling off. I came back 7 days later to have them fixed. They sat me down and put tinfoil over the nails that still had some polish on them. A few minutes later, the manager comes to me and tells me that I need to prove that I was here a week ago and to show her a receipt because she doesn't believe me. She was extremely rude and loud. She had me call my credit card company and verify the charge and asked the credit card representative countless time the date of the transaction and that it was Waterfront nail & spa. So rude and such unprofessional behavior. I will never come...

Love this place ! Go every 2weeks always nice as well. Broke a nail 3days after I got them done and they are going fix it for free! Love them!!! Gotta ask her for an extra layer when I go in ... But other than that...
