Jade Garden Chinese Food — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I was trying to place an order over the phone and explain to the man taking the order that we looked the sauce and to please include it in the meal. If we don't ask for the sauce they don't give it. He became combative having a back and fort conversation stating that they always give the sauce. I explained that as the customer I'm telling you that we don't get the sauce if we don't say that we wanted it that's how I know this. He continued with his defensive rant. And I then said that I don't feel comfortable now without this conversation after all we would be eating the food and he replied that he don't care cancel the order it don't matter to him! BEWARE!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve been ordering from this place for years and I don’t know if it’s under new management, but the rudeness and dismissiveness from the man who took my order over the phone was very unprofessional. I paid for my delivery order with a card only for this man to forge a tip amount to my card that I never consented to or signed for!! Sooooo I order general tso shrimp with Frid rice, the shrimp was stale and breaded so hard and stuck together, when called to tell them how I felt. They just hung up on twice.
