I was dying to try this restaurant for the longest due to the reviews and the great food they claimed to serve. However, I was DEEPLY disappointed! What a complete waste of money and what a scam! The presentation of the restaurant when you walk in seems cute and quaint, photos on the wall, white linen table cloths, pretty. Just the beginning.

Coffee, cheap Hong Wing coffee taste which also tasted burnt. I wanted to order a cocktail but declined after tasting the coffee.

Shrimp & Grits, I heard the microwave go off in the back but didn't want to believe it. Shrimp came to the table with 3 pieces, medium shrimp & heavily UNDER SEASONED! The worst I've had in all my dining experiences. The grits were clumpy and globs of cheese mixed in. The cook definitely microwaved these grits and garnished it to distract from the quality of the food. Rip Off $26

Wings & Waffles, wings were served frozen out of those bags, 3 pieces laid over the waffles. Cherry on top, was the presentation of Authentic Maple Syrup in a glass bottle, however, the taste, texture and consistency gave that of High Fructose Maple Syrup. Another scam. Rip Off $25

Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, no Ricotta any where on this plate of pancakes, we had to ask where exactly the taste of the lemon ricotta was supposed to be and was told it was in the batter. There was no lemon zest, no ricotta and definitely was not the gourmet Lemon Ricotta Pancakes I've been used to. Rip Off $25.00

Poorly made Hash, Sourdough Toast & 2 Eggs, $25 PLUS!

Service was not the best, service was chatting at the bar, meanwhile she had 3 tables to tend to, was not that difficult to maintain. I'm not sure who runs this place, but this is a complete delusional cost of breakfast items especially when the quality was less than that of IHOP. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and to read they also charge to hold dinner reservations and not be open, needs to be reported to the town/state for unfair business practices. This place gives the vibe of being the front for something else. Terrible representation of the restaurant industry and microwaving and serving frozen food for this price point is an ultimate slap in the face.

STAY AWAY! Don't let the review fools you. I enjoy dining out and cooking and respect the quality of food, but this MELORE is a terrible restaurant.!!!

The managers here treated the waiter poorly. That's a non-starter for me, and I don't want to support a business that operates that way.

The employee was clearly new on the job and was still learning the ropes as you'd expect. The managers would harshly criticize him for small things.

Another issue was the $30 minimum for a credit card purchase. I've never heard of a minimum for a sit-down place like that. I offered to pay an extra dollar to cover the $0.40 fee that card processors charge, but they made me get up and walk to an ATM to withdraw cash.

When the waiter asked what to do about the fact that I didn't have enough cash, someone behind the bar said "why are you coming to me with this?" and got angry for asking a question on how to deal with the fact that I didn't have cash on me. There's no way he could have known since he was a new employee!

My $13 omelette was tasty but nothing special. The restaurant itself was nice. I'd probably have rated 4 stars if it weren't for the disgusting treatment of...

$76.00 for lunch???? First time dining at this quaint establishment and I have to say I was looking forward to it as the menu looks interesting. I started with a cappuccino which took about 10 mins to come to my table and was cold, bad start… we then ordered two soups, one French onion and one tomato soup which also came cold, sent it back but after tasting it again tasted more like tomato sauce then soup. The last item we ordered was a Persian grilled cheese which sounded so yum and once again came cold 🥶. The cheese was barely melted and the bread was very greasy and just not good. Being this experience was not so great I don’t think I’ll be coming back. The biggest surprise of all was the check! $76.00 for lunch seems a bit on the steep side for two soups and a one sandwich.
