As close to authentic NYC style Chinese take-out as possible around these towns. The rice is golden yellow and full of sprouts, onion and pieces of pork. The chicken wings are delicious. Their hot and sour soup is very good as well. Other dishes we've had were General Tso, beef chow mein, lo mein, chicken with garlic sauce and they are ok. We always come back here after trying other places.

We catered a great lunch for 15 which included Gen Tso Chicken, chicken with mixed. Veggies, beef lo mein, fried rice , egg rolls and spare ribs- everyone loved it! The ingredients were so fresh, very high quality meats and they were cooked perfectly. It was less than $20 pp and so much leftover that they all took some home. I very highly recommend Ming’s!

The Shrimp w/ Lobster sauce I ordered was gummy,hard and it wasn't fresh! Secondly, Ordered Beef w/Mushroom,..Same thing! Just terrible! Further more, my wife and I got Stomach aches and Diarrhea from the food!! When I called up the store, they denied the fact that the're food wasn't fresh. Their chicken chow mein was loaded w/ celery & onions w/ few pieces of chicken. It’s something I order regularly n I was very disappointed . Instead of making it over n pleasing the customer she said next time order extra chicken! I also ordered steamed chicken dumplings I got pork. N still wasn’t doing the right thing! Extremely disappointed in them. I will not order...
