I recently purchased some appliances, and I must say, it was an absolutely incredible experience. As someone who typically dreads appliance shopping, this time was different, thanks to the outstanding service provided by John. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure I had a remarkable experience. John was extremely accommodating and attentive. Unlike previous encounters, I didn't feel like just another customer. John took the time to truly listen to my needs and requirements, showing a genuine interest in finding the perfect appliances for me. This personalized approach made a world of difference and made me feel valued as a customer. His patience and willingness to address all of my questions left me feeling confident in my decision. He went the extra mile to ensure that I not only found the right appliance but also that I was satisfied with my purchase. His attention to detail and commitment to providing the highest level of service were second to none. I wholeheartedly recommend seeking out John for all your appliance needs. His exceptional customer care makes him the absolute best. It's refreshing to encounter a salesperson who genuinely cares about the customer and strives to exceed expectations.

If you need any type of appliances or electronics, you should go to the PC Richards at Elmont, NY on Linden Blvd. Just ask for ROY. He is really nice and actually very willing to PRICE MATCH and work with you on the prices you see in the circulars and online. We needed an AC and visited our neighborhood PC Richards in New Hyde Park. (I always feel a bit intimidated whenever I go into this type of stores. The sales reps are always so intimidating or they just ignore you.) We showed the sales rep an online ad that we saw from BedBath&Beyond at a lower price bc PCRichards claim to price match. The man was so rude and dismissive from the moment we asked him for help and proceeded to tell us that if we wanted that price then go buy it there. Then we called four other locations, two also said they refused to price match, two locations agreed to a lower price and this location at ELMONT gave me the better price- almost $100 less!!! I am not familiar with the neighborhood so was unsure at first but I’d be saving A LOT of $$!! So I took a risk and v happy that this is a safe and convenient location. These people are THIEVES!!!! I went here just to purchase a laptop for work nothing more nothing less. The guy that gave me the laptop forced me to take a software then when I ask him why I needed it he said the laptop can’t be purchased without it. He said to install it on my laptop once I got home and I’d get my money back once it’s registered. Tell me why out of curiosity I looked up the product he gave me and it called the number I found only for them to tell me I’d have to pay monthly for this software. Mind you i explained that I didn’t want to have anything to do with paying monthly and he assured me it wasn’t. I called the store 4 times telling them I don’t need this product it’s unopened and I need to get it back to them. They told me I’d get a refund a week later no refund, I called back and it was the same thing. It got to the point of them taking my information down. I told them I’m a service member who’s not stationed out of Newyork they said they’d call back still no call so I’m stuck with a product I have no interest in 30 days have passed and these people refuses to corporate and take this software back $70 dollars wasted… I’ll report them to every business site I can because this...
