Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Do not go to this location. Not only do they not say hello but they don't even acknowledge that you are standing there. Today I don't remember his name I think it was Jacob or Josh all I remember was his name starts with a J. After me standing at the register for over 5 minutes and him and his co worker Rosa looking in my direction several times he finally walked over didn't even say hello and asked what did I want. I said well hello to you too. Once I placed my order he didn't say thank you or wish me a good day or anything. When he brought me my food items he brought me a pumpkin loaf instead of. Banana bread. When I mentioned that this was not what I ordered he switched it for the right item but didn't apologize or anything. When Rosa brought me my drink which I had done a mobile order for as well as my breakfast sandwich and a lemon loaf I asked her where my other items were and Josh or Jacob or Maybe it was Justin went to go get them. If I didn't ask I would have been standing there for who knows how long. He grab my other 2 gave them to me and walked away. This. Location never greets anyone they wait is always longer then it should be and you get treated like you don't even exist. There are way to many other locations and I most likely will never go into this location again. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the drinks always come out good. I have always loved this location and frequently come here. I split my visits between this and Levittown 2 by the wantagh parkway. Lately it has felt like its declining here. I dont know if perhaps the managment changed but something has and it's not for the better. Today I placed a mobile order at 11:48 am. I got to store about 11:55 and waited. They seemed backed up and didn't have enough staff on. I waited quietly as I'm in customer service and understand what it's like. By 12:10 though I mentioned I was waiting for a mobile order. I was told is coming we only have one machine working but with an attitude like I'm a jerk for asking almost 20 after placing my order. Then I was handed my drink and the 2 employees started laughing obnoxiously. Of course I can't help but wonder if they made some remark about me. I'm so disappointed and won't be going back. I used to come here regularly every week but unfortunately this place has changed for the worst. This Starbucks used to be a place for people that needed to get away to get some studying in or meet with a good old friend but now it’s become a mess. The music was probably on the loudest possible volume and the type of music that the location was playing was absolutely ridiculous. There is a place for everything but a local Starbucks should not be playing such bad music with cuss words LOUD. There were many kids at this Starbucks at the same time I was there and I hope that the parents at least came to their senses that they should leave right away. My opinion is nothing in reality but I hope someone actually reads this from Starbucks management and implements some changes.
