The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

My family and I no longer eat pork, but the Honey Baked Ham store has a very delicious turkey. I went to the store yesterday which is not close to my house to get turkey slices to make sandwiches. The lady that served me was polite, but not very attentive. I desided to get by the pound instead of the slices because they only had one slice package available. She showed my the turkey and I agreed to take it. Then my sister ordered a chicken salad sandwich. She repeated herself 4 to 6 times. When I got home, I put the meat in the refrigerator and left. My son and friends decided to make a sandwich while I was out. Turns out the meat was not turkey but ham. Since my son opened I didnt return it and had to give it away. That was $40, not well spent. My sister sandwich turned out to be turkey, which she didnt want. All in all it is safe to say, I will not be returning. I need for my order to be correct, because this store is not close. Very...

Let me start by saying, I AM GOING BACK. I called to place an order for Easter. Granted, I was late to the game, but on the phone, I was told they had everything I wanted and that it was NOT necessary for me to pay in advance. When I got there. Boneless ham was not available to me. I was told, "You should have come in to pay for it." WHO KNEW!! Nobody told me that!! I would have ran right over! Good thing is, the bone in ham was already sliced, cut around the bone and easy to serve. Sides were delicious too. You can head right over there on any day for lunch!

We went to Honey Baked to pick up our pre-ordered Holiday Ham, turkey & sides. We were met at the door with warm greetings & an offer to sample their smoked & roasted turkey. Both samples were moist & very tasty. We got our order & left. We celebrated the Holiday over at a friend's house, who never Heard of or tasted Honey Baked products. Everyone loved the flavor & quality of the Honey Baked foods. A few people asked about Honey Baked & I believe they have acquired new customers for the future.
