Subway - Baldwin - 44781 — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

The lady here is always angry and talks about people in her language. I confronted her and told her "You know we know you're talking about us." She speaks English, then as soon as you ask her to do something extra or different, she starts speaking her language. The last time someone asked her for lettuce instead of spinach, she did it. Another time the customer asked the price of a soda and said "never mind it's too much", and she started talking her language. Today I asked her to switch the size of my sandwich, she started talking in her language to the guy. Just make the sandwich, we don't need your feedback...

I asked for plain Italian bread. Young male making the sandwiches asked the female employee if he could take the bread that was on the counter in the back, there was none upfront. She came and double check there was no bread in the front, Then told him no. He then proceeded to tell me they do not have the bread I asked for. I informed him I just herd him ask her to take the fresh bread from the counter. He said it just came out of the oven and they could not give me that bread. I went to this subway on August 27,2025 the man who served me was highly rude & disrespectful I ordered a flat bread sweet onion chicken the man had an attitude when I asked for sweet onion sauce and proceed to yell when I asked for sweet onion teriyaki. I would never attend this subway I am done. I was getting the sandwich for a homeless person and this is the service I received. Very rude and nasty. They lost me as a customer never again.
